Jason Aldean Tickets

We lucked out with our parking spot for the first time in 2 years and was actually able to put up a tent and cornhole boards but it was by chance they once again slammed the cars in. I had a pretzel inside big waste of $12 never buying food there again. We had cabana passes and the other attendees were rude and even empty seat was being saved for someone else, but we did have a nice bathroom to use but waste of money.

Although I love Jason Alden’s music, the sound at the Bridgestone did not do him justice. We could barely hear him singing over the lead guitar, also although I know he lives Nashville, he seemed like he rushed through it to get it over with. His opening acts were absolutely horrible. He could do much better and he has because I’ve seen him in concert before. Based on this performance I would not go see him again especially if he has the openers.

Purchased VIP Lounge Experience tickets for the Jason Aldean Burgettstown, PA show on 8/9/24. Typically, we sit in the VIP section of the venue which includes preferred, dedicated seating, VIP only bar/lounge area with dedicated restrooms. That being the case, we anticipated the same experience. We received an itinerary email a few days prior to the show indicating we would have priority access to enter the venue at 5 PM, one hour prior to general admission. This was due to the VIP Lounge Experience including priority merch shopping, along with a private pre-show event with Jason Aldean playing a few acoustic songs and hosting a Q&A session. Upon arrival at 4:30 PM, we were greeted with an extremely long line of folks waiting to get in as well. After waiting in line for nearly 1 1/2 hours, we made it to the entrance where we were given a small gift bag and two (2) drink chips for the pre-show event. Note - Our email itinerary indicated a few key times to be aware of for our experience. "If you arrive after 5:50 PM you will miss pre-show merch shopping". "If you arrive after 6:15 PM, you will miss the acoustic performance". We finally got through the entrance gate just after 6 PM as thousands of other people were also entering the venue. At this point, we were directed to an area that was setup for the pre-show event, included a small bar setup along with pulled chicken sandwiches, veggies and dip, watermelon (nicely done). In addition, there was a dedicated, air-conditioned restroom area only for the VIP Lounge Experience group. We went to get a drink at the small bar and were told the drink chips we had been given only allowed for "well"drinks and we would have to pay for anything beyond that, which didn't include much of anything else to choose from. After getting a small snack plate and a drink, we found ourselves in this area in very hot conditions and noticed there were old ceiling fans on, half of which were missing the paddles or didn't work at all. After waiting another hour (now 7 PM), Jason Aldean came out and did a great job talking to the crowd and having a Q&A session. Afterward at 7:30, as the main show was starting, we walked around to see what may be available for food and drinks, and found only pizza, fried chicken tenders with fries or burger with fries was about all that was available. In addition, the selection of beer and liquor was very limited to a few things. We decided to go back to the VIP Lounge Experience area to hang out, only to realize it was closed and torn down for the evening, while the restroom area we were told was specifically for our group had become overrun with young, drunk folks. At this point, we recalled our previous experiences in the usual venue VIP area, so we went there and were told our tickets didn't allow access, the VIP Lounge Experience was limited to the private pre-show event and didn't include access to the venue VIP area. By this time the second act had started and we found our seats which were very nice, four rows back from the Pit, which found us directly behind three people standing up directly in front of us the rest of the show. Nate Smith and Jason Aldean were terrific, venue is horrible, experience was not at all what we expected for two tickets over $1,000. Would like to give a shout out to the venue golf cart crew that was kind enough to ride us out from the venue to the main road where the Uber drop was located.

I’ve been to several concerts, this was my first VIP. Absolutely the best time. Jason Aldean is my favorite artist. Will be hard not to do VIP from here on out, lol. And to add to the excitement, my boyfriend proposed to me. The only suggestion - some organization leaving the venue. There was no one directing vehicles and it made for a long and somewhat stressful departure. Thank you for bringing Jason to the Pavilion at Star Lake.

Jason Aldean was very good but the venue is terrible. They would not let us into a parking lot which we paid to enter. We were sent all the way to the back of another lot and when the concert was over we sat in our car for 2 hours before we even moved 5 inches. They really need to get a better system!!!!!

The performance was spectacular!! The seats were perfect location! The VIP experience was great! Just walked straight in! No lines!!

There's only two accessible port a johns one in the parking lot and one in the venue my husband and I come to concerts all the time bot im in a manual wheelchair so I can't use the normal bathrooms because I need help doing certain things

Our seats were obstructed by Ushers protecting the sound a camera equipment and Ray moved us and gave us unobstructed views. This was very much appreciated and fantastic Customer Services. Thank you very much

The concert was great, all the artists were fantastic. I bought my tickets and reserved lot parking months in advance. However, when we get to the venue we were told our $100+ parking pass would not be honored because the lot is sold out???? I clearly had a ticket for the reserved lot well in advance, how could it sell out. I would assume my spot is there just like I assume the seat I bought is available when I walk inside the venue.

Everything about the concert was just amazing. All artist were good but Jason aldean was definitely feeling himself that night. Didn’t miss a beat. Kept the crowd entertained for sure.

Jason Aldean is my favourite artist. He puts on an incredible show. My only wish is that he would preform longer, because I could listen to him all day lol

Jason sounded very muffled and/or exhausted. I could barely hear or understand some of the songs.

Well what a fantastic show my and my wife and friends had a wonderful time at the concert 🎵 we party in rockstar dance 💃 all over the lawn .

My 3rd time seeing Jason Aldean, he keeps getting better! He's unbelievable in person, can't wait to see him again. Nate Smith was fantastic too!

This was our ninth time seeing Jason Aldean and this was the best show yet. We take a transportation service to and from the venue so no issues with getting in and out. We also upgrade to the VIP and absolutely love this upgrade. It is so nice to have your own merch stand and the fact that they hold your purchase for you is perfect. The staff at the VIP lounge bar is always super friendly and accommodating and we love having no lines for the restroom and that they are cool and clean. This is one of our favorite venues.

Best concert I have ever been to! Aldean played tons of songs as well!
