    WYRK Fantastic Concert

by JersiJani on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

First time at UB Center for the Arts for my friend and myself. Very impressed by the theater and very surprised by this intimate, entertaining and memorable concert. It was much more than I expected. Almost 2 hours of pure music from 3 talented singers and musicians.

by CountrygirlsMan on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

The show was excellent, these three guys were like a family. Truely a great show. A nice variety of popular tunes were sung by all. I love these acoustic shows.

    James Otto Amazing

by FisherWomanKate on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

I totally enjoyed the concert. First time I have ever been to this type of concert. I liked the way they switched singers and talked to each other during it. I was a bit disappointed in the length of the show. It was about 1 1/2 hrs. Show started late & ended way too soon!

    Three powerful voices!!

by valkyria on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

It's not very often you get a chance to hear voices like these boys have without all the clutter of their bands. James Otto is always incredible, and tonight was exceptional, with his soul-filled delivery of 'In Color'. David Nail has become a new favorite for me after belting out his latest single, and Easton Corbin's a newcomer I'm going to be following a lot more closely now. The show was only disappointing because it was so short at just over an hour, but it was a fantastic hour.

    we loved it!

by carriemba on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

It is always entertaining to hear them describe what the songs mean to them, and how much work it has actually taken to get where they are. Really enjoyable, and fun!

    James Otto ROCKED...once again!

by jprules on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

As always, James Otto was awesome. He is just as good with only a guitar as he is with his entire band! I just wonder why people haven't caught on to his talent yet.... David Nail & Easton Corbin were definately a pleasant suprise. I like to judge artists on their live performances compared to recordings we hear on the radio. I think this really allows their talent to show through. Both proved themselves to me! I expect to see much more of them both in the future. As for James Otto, I am sure that the best is yet to come - keep an eye on him!!

    Cut Short?

by AAAbbb on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

I thought all three performers had strong voices and performances. However, when they stood up and the lights, came on, I thought it was an intermission, not the end of the concert. The concert was over at 9:00 P.M.. That meant a 90 minute concert for three performers, or, 30 minutes each. I expect more out of a concert. This was by far the shortest concert that I ever attended.

    wyrk acoustic show was amazing!

by tmbc on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

It was our first acoustic show and we loved it! We will definitely go to another in the future! James Otto was truly amazing...his voice was incredible and his version of "In color" was very moving. In my opinion he was the best performer there, however Easton Corbin was a close second! His voice sounded incredible also. I loved the relaxed set up of the show itself with how the performers each sang a song and chatted a little. Thumbs up to wyrk.

    Fantastic!

by myth0013 on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

Everybody sounded amazing last night. The venue is the best, beautiful acoustics, such a nice change from the usual Darien Lake shows in the area. Lots of fun to see the guys joke around and tell some stories behind their songs and show their true talent with no loud amplifiers or big bands to cover up any flaws. They were flawless!

    LOVE!!!!!! JAMES OTTO

by sdbp on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

This is the second acoustic show I've attended. It feels so much like sitting around in your own living room, I kept wanting to reach for the remote and replay. This is the only way to REALLY enjoy the music itself without all the hype and fanfare. It's so relaxing and I enjoy the maturity of the crowd. Don't get me wrong, a concert at Darien Lake or Taste of Country is a good time but sometimes you just want the tranquility of good music. Not only is the price crazy low, it's a thrill to be able to take a photo with your favorite artist. Bring on the next show!!!

James Otto was the best of the 3.

by QuilterGirl on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

I wish they would have shared more about themselves in between songs, instead of David Nail repeating 3 times how he's been in Nashville doing this for 10 yrs. Easton Corbin is real new to country music, so some info about him would have been nice. My favorite was James Otto. He had no other musical instruments or help, just him and his guitar and he was by far the best. Steel Magnolia couldn't perform, because the guy was sick, so I thought putting an audience member on the spot to come up and sing with Megan from Steel Magnolia's was kind of lame. Why did she even come out. They should have just skipped it all together!

    ACOUSTIC SHORT SHOW

by MICHY2748 on 2/4/10University At Buffalo Center for the Arts - Buffalo

I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY THAT I TRAVELED FROM DELEVAN, NY TO SEE THIS SHOW AND IT WAS OVER IN JUST ONE HOUR AND FIVE MINUTES.
