James Arthur on Tour
James Arthur has come a long way since proving himself a star on 2012's British X Factor. The competition helped prime him for the stage, but after touring with the show and performing in sold-out arenas, he wanted to make a name for himself outside of the X Factor brand. In 2014, he set out on his debut headlining tour, the James Arthur Tour, to support his self-titled debut album. Over the next five years, he toured extensively throughout the U.K., Europe and the U.S., and landed a supporting slot at the 16th Annual Honda Civic Tour alongside OneRepublic. In 2019, he performed a few intimate and acoustic shows to warm up for one of his biggest tours yet to support his third album, You.
James Arthur in Concert
James Arthur can make even the pain of heartbreak sound comforting. The warmth of his voice and intensity of his words seem to come so naturally; still, the road to the top of the charts wasn't always smooth for the singer/songwriter. Arthur grew up in Middlesbrough, England, but bounced around between various homes, even living in Bahrain for a few years, before returning to England and getting serious about music. As a teenager he began writing and recording songs and performing locally in alt-rock bands. By 2011, he was pushing for a solo career. He ended up among the final 200 contestants on the U.K. version of The Voice, but never made it further. That hardly deterred him, though. He soon found himself in the finals on The X Factor. Upon winning the ninth series of the show, his debut single, a cover of Shontelle's "Impossible," made it straight to No. 1 in the U.K. and became the country's fastest-selling single in 2012. Arthur then released his self-titled debut album in November 2013. The release showcased his range, between soulful R&B crooner and commanding rapper, and featured single "You're Nobody ‘til Somebody Loves You" and collaborations with Emeli Sandé and Chasing Grace. For his sophomore album, Arthur signed with Columbia Records and dropped Back from the Edge in 2016, which included No. 1 single "Say You Won't Let Go." Over the next few years, he would join forces with artists like Machine Gun Kelly, Rudimental, Marshmello and Juicy J on various singles, before returning with his third album, You, in 2019.

Great show can’t wait to come back thank you for a great show
James always delivers! Amazing voice, heartfelt lyrics making the perfect music, always looking forward to the next album and concert.
The moment I heard a James Arthur’s voice I knew I would be listening to his music for the rest of my life. This was my second time seeing James Arthur and he continues to inspire me. He sings all his best songs, has a great band/backup singers and is funny as hell. I plan to see him each time he comes to visit here in the NJ/NY area even if my family calls me a groupie. I’m proud to be and I will continue to drag my teenage daughter to his concerts because I know she secretly loves him too.
The venue is geared towards GA. The seats are far away and behind a lighted bar which is behind the huge standing room only area. You feel like you are being punished for wanting a seat. JA was incredible. Was my first time seeing him perform and would definitely go again in a different arena. His talent overshadowed the venue and shined brighter than the lights.
Amazing concert, soundcheck experience front row.. great personal experience when James Arthur came out ..he greeted us thanked us and sang a few songs that was our private concert... awesome experience!!!!!
Never been to a concert in my life and I’ve only heard one song from James author and to come across all his songs were beautiful thank you
first concert i was ever at & i loveeeee james arthur so i was so excited ,i went with my boyfriend & we both loved it ..next concert he has out here we are 100% going ! loved it so much !
Saw him twice one last year and just yesterday front row and did not disappoint
The event hall was nice, not a bad seat in the house. The staff was professional and courteous. Now let's get to James. I have not been to a live concert in a lot of years. The experience was great. James had the crowd up on their feet and singing along to every song. His headliner Kate was not to shabby either, even though I did not know her music, I enjoyed it. Getting in and out of the venue was a breeze. An all around great experience.
James Arthur never disappoints with his vocal range and his ability to make you feel his emotions. The venue allowed us to bring in water as it was over 90 degrees. Between the venue and James it was a beautiful night of music and meeting of fans. We will definitely buy more tickets to see him again!
James Arthur put on a great show! He sounded great and was entertaining. He was actually pretty funny, and I loved just listening to him talk. I hope to go see him again soon.
James is so talented and I always enjoy hearing him sing, but I was disappointed that this show was nearly identical to the show I saw last year. This was suppose to be the Pisces tour and I was so excited to hear him sing my new favorite songs of his but he only sang 2 songs from the new album and the rest were the exact lineup of last year's bitter sweet love tour.
I've seen James 4 times and it gets better every time! He never disappoints!
Omg he was awesome and enjoyed myself for sure. His voice is just so soothing and peaceful and could listen to him all day….i will attend another one of his concerts for sure…..I brought my son and his girlfriend and a friend and they enjoyed themselves as well…..if nobody has went to his concert NEEDS TO GO ASAP……Very satisfied for sure
He sings like he's breathing. Really really talented and incredible artist. I've loved him for 9 years. However this is the third time seeing JA and my second time getting VIP. But the VIP gifts were really lame this year like you pay a lot more but it doesn't show, I feel like there is very little appreciation for the fans. He always has an opener so James is out very late and the show is short plus he keeps recycling the same songs. Lastly, unfortunately due to the venue change in Charlotte I don't believe we got the full concert experience. He's always amazing but likely won't go again.♥️
First ever concert and I gotta say what a banger! Never heard of James Arthur before this concert but after he definitely gained a new fan.
First time seeing James Arthur after being a huge fan for over a decade. The show was great and his voice sounded the same live. Loved it and will definitely try to go again!
I’ve loved James Arthur since I was a teenager. So being able to see him was nostalgic and held a deeply personal meaning to me. He was incredible. Blew my expectations away, and the salt shed is an awesome venue. I’d go back again next year 100%. If you haven’t seen him, you’re missing out.
I’ve been waiting for years to be able to afford a concert and I was blown away. He is nothing short of a musical genius and I’m glad I was able to experience it live. I’m already looking forward to his next tour so I can go. His set list was amazing per usual, and his live vocals are just as amazing.
The pisces tour was my first concert ever. I loved seeing him on stage it felt like it genuinely healed something in me!! I loved it so much. WE LOVE YOU JAMES ❤️
