Beyond posting up streams in the hundreds of millions, selling out tours, attracting millions of followers on social media, and earning critical acclaim, countless fan tattoos speak to the impact of Jake Miller. Fans proudly sport lyrics on their skin from “I’m Alright” and “A Million Lives,” among others. As such, the Florida-raised and Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and producer has quietly emerged as amagnetic pop presence on his own terms uplifted by world-class showmanship, no holds barred honesty, and dynamic delivery. Miller only strengthens this connection to his devout audience, dubbed “The Millertary,” with each subsequent release. He made waves with 2014’s Dazed and Confused EP, boasting “Dazed and Confused” [feat. Travie McCoy] and “Ghost” [feat. Nikki Flores]. On its heels, Rumors [2015] popped off as the title track “Rumors” gathered tens of millions of streams. He maintained this momentum with projects such as Overnight EP [2016], 2:00am in LA [2017], and SilverLining [2018]. Along the way, he shared the stage with the late Mac Miller, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, and Fifth Harmony in addition to performing on MTV European Music Awards, NBC’s Today Show and LIVE with Kelly and Ryan.
2021’s Silver Lining II marked yet another high watermark. People exclusively premiered the album, while it received praise from EUPHORIA., Riff, and The Honey Pop who described it as an “extraordinary experience.” In support of Silver Lining II, he launched the “hi, i missed you” Tour, packing houses across North America. He continues to inspire on a series of 2022 singles and his forthcoming fifth full-length album on EMPIRE Records.

by C. B. on 10/9/20Been a fan since 2013, let me tell you that boy has so much talent. Since 2017, I have seen him four times and have loved every single second of each show. Knows how to get the crowd going. The entire fan base which he calls the Millertary is like a big family. Every single show I go to I go alone since none of my friends listen to him and I usually either see people who I have met at previous shows who I would have on instagram or meet new people. He is honestly my ray of sunshine. Tomorrow he’s doing a virtual show of all his songs from the 2013 album front to back acoustically and I am super stoked because that’s how I became a fan. Even though it’s not at an actual live venue concert it’s going to be amazing. I cannot wait to be able to actually go to concerts forsure he’s going to be one of the first ones.

Myself included, I even have his lyrics tattooed on my body. I was in a group of 9, all girls that I met because of Jake and for that, I’ll be forever grateful. Getting to experience a show with your best friends in the front row is one of the best feelings in the world. If you ever get the chance to see Jake Miller live: don’t hesitate. You might regret it.

One daughter was right in front of stage. Jake was great as always. He gets the crowd into show. Everyone at show knows the words to his songs. Great time and experience.
