  • Just okay.

Where I'm from these type of shows are done in clubs, not in actual concert venues. I sat for 2 hours and watched ALOT of local talent before JE showed up for their 30min set.

  • Amazing performance

  • I feel sooo let down

by MeekaD on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 2 out of 5

During my teen years Jagged edge was life! I love all their music. When. I found out they were coming to St Louis I was so super geeked. It took them a long while to one out but when they did, I felt like a teenager again. But 30 minutes and 5 jagged edge songs later ( because they did like ten songs that weren't theirs) it was over.

  • Maybe a cameo at best

by Anonymous on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 1 out of 5

No opener. They literally had a 'dance off' with a couple audience members and kareoke. Yikes. Jagged edge sang 2 full songs, a half a song, had some unknown girl sing Whitney Houston, did a cover of usher (wth), and that was it. On stage a grand total of 40 minutes, maybe 15 of singing. 1 member was missing, apparently in jail.

  • Very Disappointed

    by Fashionsense86 on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 2 out of 5

I must admit that I was very disappointed at the show that took place in Saint Louis on March 11. I have been a fan of Jagged Edge since I was a teenager and I looked forward to this concert especially since it was my 1st concert ever!! I was disappointed in the number of songs they sang as well as the short amount of time they were on stage. I really expected them to bring more of a spectacular show! If I could just voice, my entire row was disappointed when they were finished and everyone uttered and mumbled "that's it." So clearly a number of us expected a better performance. I would rather keep listening to CDs of them than see them in concert if that's what I'm going to get.

  • Jagged Edge

by TreeneM on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 1 out of 5

I was very disappointed. Jagged Edge only performed for 30 min. I drove 4 hours just to see them perform. They sang only 4 songs. All the opening performance was great. But it was not a great time for me and my party of 6. Then they wanted the audience to join them for a after party, when they didn't do a great performance for their fans. Very disappointed.

Honestly, they could've performed more songs & did less talking. I would recommend for a friend ONLY if they choose the general admission price

  • Disappointed

    by Materialgirl20 on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 2 out of 5

So here's my experience at the Jagged Edge concert last Saturday 3/11. To say the least my friends and I were not satisfied with the show. We have been fans of Jagged Edge for years and were very excited to see them perform. I'm an avid concert goer and understand shows usually have 1 or 2 opening acts and then the headliner performs majority of the show. This was not the case with the Jagged Edge concert. More than 2 hours of the show was taken up by the local comedian/host, random audience members and 2 local artists - leaving Jagged Edge only 30 minutes (at the most) to perform. I expected to hear numerous songs as they have been in the industry for YEARS but sadly that didn't happen. They performed 4 or 5 of their own songs and ran off the stage after a half hour. This was very disappointing and definitely not what I expect after paying $60 for a concert ticket. Had I known this was going to be a variety show of random St. Louis people I would've saved my time and money. I hope this feedback is shared and taken into consideration.

  • Jagged Edge only sang 5 songs

by JordanRW on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 3 out of 5

It was more of a variety show. Started with a comedy show, then bradd young lip sang, jagged edge started, had some girl sing in the middle of their show, then it was over

  • Jagged Edge

by Anonymous on 3/14/17The Pageant - St LouisRating: 2 out of 5

This concert was a huge disappointment. The opening acts weren't great and didnt have enough stage time, so the host had to fill the gaps with people from the audience. Dirty Muggs could've opened up and it would've been better. Jagged Edge came on stage at 9:30 and was done at 10:15!!! Not expecting at 45 minute concert. I've seen others at this venue and they performed over an hour.

  • Kelly Price was AH-MAZING

    by Bittersweet2 on 2/21/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 3 out of 5

Kelly Price and Jagged Edge were the opening acts. Kelly was incredible, her voice as clear as a bell. She was very engaging with the audience. One bad thing was that she, nor the other acts had a live band. I guess you get what you pay for. The show started almost an hour late. Jagged Edge was okay. They were singing too hard and were talking too much. They were singing songs by other artists and did not sing enough of their hits. We were not pleased at all. Donell Jones was the headliner. He was horrible. His singing was flat and nasal-y and he probably sang two of his hits.. the other 5-6 songs, he could have left those out of his set. As far as the venue, it was okay. We were sitting right in front of a door the staff used and it was annoying. Every time the staff went in or out and the door closed, it made a loud disruptive bang sound..Ugh. As stated before... you get what you pay for :(

  • It was cool

by oslerboy on 2/21/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 3 out of 5

The show was cut short it seems. There were only 3 members of jagged edge on stage. I guess the other one is in jail according to the media. The Group only performed like 3 or 4 songs & I was curious jagged edge was not the headliner of the show Donelle Jones was...

One of the best ever loved it. All 3 performs great definitely worth it

  • Unhappy with overall experience

    by Miel08 on 2/20/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 3 out of 5

Kelly Price was absolutely fantastic! Jagged Edge seemed to be missing one member and only sung 4 songs. Donnell Jones was okay but I was not familiar with the majority of songs he played. What made the overall experience disappointing was the MC. Between each change of artist the MC would come on stage and use the MOST VULGAR langauage and used such words constantly. It was as if he had the smallest vocabulary and knew no other word choice. It also seemed as if he was intentionally doing this and it was not comical. His language really detracted from the whole concert.

  • Kelly price was the highlight of the entire show..

by Anonymous on 2/20/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 2 out of 5

I attend alot of concerts each year and this was my first time attending a performance at the Kalamazoo state theater ...The venue was horrible... The seating was way to cramped with no room to move... Also When one artist was finished with their performance there was long gaps of time before the next performer would come out onstage. It was not put together well...

  • Nice show, Kelly Price was amazing

    by Debbie2017 on 2/20/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 4 out of 5

The show was great but I did feel that Jagged Edge should have been the headliner

    by 20filmchick on 2/20/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 4 out of 5

This was my first time ever attending a concert, at 26 years old at that. It was great! Kelly Price sounded amazing, Jagged Edge were ok but their sound wasn't the best. Donnell Jones was the highlight for me because i'm a big fan. The crowd loved him!

  • A-1 Artist but amateur show

    by Tessa1970 on 2/20/17State Theatre, Kalamazoo - KalamazooRating: 1 out of 5

The Show started late. The speaker sound was awful, you couldn't hear the artist to well. The announcer was not professional. They had to many people on stage at times.
