The game was great. High energy, keeping the fans attention with side games and music. Could have had more souvenirs given out to the fans. Paid for parking in the garage which was good entering. But exiting there was no attendant's to assist with keeping the cars flowing smoothly out the exit. It was a free for all. It took us almost an hour to get out and we were only on the third level.
There was a marathon being held at the same time, and it made getting to the arena a pain. The site should've coordinated with the city, so people knew to plan alternate routes.
The only problem was the sound system. In the end zone where we sat you couldn’t understand anything from the field microphones. It was terrible because with Arena Football a lot of fun things go on down on the field.
What an amazing experience ! Sharks games are a must see !!

If we were able to switch seats, I would’ve in a heartbeat. We went to our FIRST game and might be our last. We ended up with headaches because of the woman behind us yelling, screaming at the top of her lungs and ringing her freaking bell. I get she’s a fan, but no consideration for others around her. Even the row in front of us were annoyed with her. We even left in the third quarter cause we we couldn’t stand it any longer.
Great seats at an affordable price. Fun safe environment. Friendly people to sit next to. Beautiful cheerleaders (especially the ebony Princess Leia).

I loved how there was a ASL interpreter on sight for my daughter who is deaf. The lady did an excellent job communicating with her! The inside pre game experience was awesome. I enjoy watching them warm up while listening to music and dancing in my seat. The live game action is fast paced and never a dull moment on both sides of the ball. Me, my wife and daughter had an amazing time and most definitely will be back for more games!
This was my first time going to a Shark’s game in years. But I loved the excitement of the crowd and dedication of the players. This was a really exciting experience for my family and me. We are planning to come to more games in the future.

It was hands down the greatest experience ever, it me and my families first ever sharks game and it was unbelievable I can’t wait till next season. We had so much fun we didn’t want to leave thank you sharks

Parking was great, venue easy to access, seats very comfortable, no bad seat in the house, good food, good crowd control, great experience.
The game was great. The event staff was completely clueless. They directed us halfway around the stadium to go through club level seating when we weren’t even sitting there and had to go back around. It was also a solid 60*F inside. No reentry for the tickets meant I couldn’t get a blanket for my son, so we left early. Dress warm kids, it’s winter in there. Overall a meh experience.
We were visiting for the weekend in Jacksonville and went to the Sharks game at the last minute. The tickets were reasonably priced, and it gave us a great opportunity to take our 9-year old, football fanatic to a "real professional game". He had a great time, and we did, too. The venue, the crowd, and the game were all excellent. We will definitely return any time we visit Jacksonville during the NAL season!
Great game and LOTS of Fun!!!! I highly recommend going to a game but sitting in section 107 above AA is a mistake!!! The time clock hangs right in your face and its an obstructed view of the field & game.... Beyond this section the game and experience was GREAT!
The events leading up to the game were great but the team seemed like they didn't care to even try. Waste of $80.
This was my first time watching a live Arena Football game and it was great! The Sharks played a terrible first half, so bad that I wanted to leave at half time. Luckily I stayed to watch Jacksonville come back and win. I brought the kids and they enjoyed it also. The tickets were only $25 each so it was well worth it. It was easy to park, easy getting in and out of the arena and food prices were ok for stadium prices. I can't think of one bad thing for the entire experience. We will be back!
Great experience with the family. Never a dull moment. And the players are nice and approachable.
