Field is a little further than I was told from downtown but it was great anyway
Went to the Jaguars v Saints game. Very awesome game! Even though the Jaguars lost very impressive game!
The Jacksonville fans were great and very polite to the Saint fans there.
Let me tell you, I Really love my Jags but I have always been the type to say why go when you can sit in the comfort of your home eat, AC, Go to the bathroom still hear what is going on, nothing better than that! Well I decided to go against that and the new wife loves going to sports events. She kept saying our tickets would be in the shade even though I knew we would be there at 1pm the sun would be directly over us there would be no shade and there was not. It was hot as Hades and the sun was blistering we had to spend the 2nd & 4th quarter inside by the concessions watching the TV and all of the half time show. It was much fun to be there and part of the other FANS who love the jags but the unrelenting heat and sun was miserable. We will not attend another day time game although we went to 2 preseason games and they were evening and actually pretty nice. So if you have to go and pay to attend pick an evening game. Now your asking yourself why name this JUMBO TRON, well come to find out the only place there was any shade during the entire game was in the shade of the Jumbo tron which an acquaintance has season tickets in the shade. Seriously!
We feel so bad for the Jaguars. They have a beautiful stadium in a gorgeous setting. Their merchandise is far superior to other NFL teams that we are familiar with. Every staff person with whom we had interaction was friendly, smiling and helpful. Yet, they have trouble selling tickets. We live in Kentucky, otherwise we would have season tickets. They have a great organization and locals need to support them! The 9/11 remembrance ceremonies were touching and emotional. From the field-sized flag, to the F15 flyover, to the family in the end zone who was surprised by their Marine son they thought was in Afghanistan, it was a beautiful day. They even handed out American flags to everyone as they entered the stadium. The Jacksonville Jaguars are a class act, and you're hearing this from a devoted Indianapolis Colts fan!
It was good to see the area suport the Jaguars. Good 911 events Kind of expensive for 4 family members
The Jaguars started off the game with a SACK and the season with a win. Games at Everbank field are amazing.
The Jaguars did an outstanding job of creating a great fan experience.
My experience at the titans-jaguars game was unreal. not only was the game close but the touching tributes to 9/11 victims and heroes was so memorable and to be a part of the halftime card stunt was awesome. The crowd was intense and passionate no matter how hot it was. Jags win a nailbiter and the best part was my dad was there with me.
The game was physical, close, and exciting. The atmosphere was great. The 9/11 ceremonies were top notch. Overall a great experience. The only negative was the heat, but I was prepared for it.
This was my first Jaguar game. I loved every minute of it. The television doesn't do the game any justice. You have to be there to live the moment. I can't wait to see Sunshine (Gabbert #11) play. I'm planning on going to a night game! I sitting right in front of the in zone when Drew made Jags first touch down!!! Go Jags!!!!!!
The only complaint really is the length of time it took to get water - at least a 20 minute wait each time and then they ran out. Knowing it is Florida, hot they should really not have an issue with running out of bottled water. This has occurred before. The 9/11 rememberance was AWESOME!!!!
It was my first time watching an NFL (pre-season) game at the stadium. Americans can really put on a show.
First tme visitor to EverBank Field. Nice stadium! Good game, but final score sucked for this Falcon fan! LOL!
Great game...wish the Falcons had've won though!!!
I was a visiting Denver Broncos Fan that was happy to get to see The Broncos for the opening game of the season and I had never been to this stadium and I have been to numerious stadiums. It has to be the worst NFL stadium out there. There is no way this stadium could host a superbowl it is like a low budget college stadium. There is no shading what so ever unless you go in the tunnels which are completely enclosed with no ventilation and no TV's to watch the game if you are getting a beer or taking a leak. I will never go back to this stadium unless I had VIP tickets to sit in a box seat or something.
I went to my first NFL game in Jacksonville and (except for the weather!) was thrilled. I was very favorably impressed by all of the people who worked at the stadium. Despite the frigid conditions, they were all cheerful and helpful. I was also impressed by the team's acknowledgement of its fans. I'm NOT from Jax and think that fans in my hometown are not made to feel so appreciated.
For the first live NFL game I have been to, it was a very memorable event and the seats were awesome! Even ticketmaster staff was great as I was in training when the tickets arrived, so they emailed me official copies which I used the day of the event. All in all, it was a very wonderful experience!
Awesome Game! Great Stadium! Good food, stadium very clean. Lots of events around the stadium. Wish the Jags had won though
