Parking terrible Seating awful Entire experience was mortifying
I loved it ! Jackson State is the best and I’ll definitely be purchasing more tickets .
I will be ordering again, Everything was easy and Ticketmaster constantly sent me reminders! I give this App 5 Stars!!
Got to the location for shuttle pickup around 11:00. Didn’t get picked up until 12:45. Arrived at the game after the game had started. There were no seats available. Frustrated that the shuttle had no provisions for getting riders back to their cars until 4th quarter. Had to get someone to pick me up to take me back to my car. Left the game and had to watch it at home after spending $20.00 for parking and 30.00 each for 2 tickets.
I had so much fun at the game. It was very enjoyable. I'm also excited that Jackson State won and their band did a excited half time show and sounded and played good in the stadium. Winning is fun. I like the stadium it were very nice. I enjoyed every moment of the game.
My experience was good just the concession stands Lines was very long I waited 2 1/2 hours just to get food that needs to be corrected
Everything was so organized and everyone was helpful….being there was like a family reunion. I really enjoyed it
45 minute walk from belhaven dance department parking lot to the stadium. Good spot nobody trying to charge you for parking nor was anyone blocking the driveway. Walking up to veterans stadium you could find yourself in the wrong line for a loooong time with no indicators or directions. Make it in the stadium and your line issues start again. Concession stand lines……OMG 🤦🏽♂️, again, you could end up standing in a concession stand line thinking you’ll get to your seat by standing in this line. This happens about 3 different times. Jstate won the game. Lost the hospitality battle.
I had an awesome time. I took my grandson. It was both our first time going to a college football game. We enjoyed listening to the bands and watching the game instead front of a TV. I will tell anyone that it is more fun being at the game than watching it on TV. I am a JSU fan for the Sonic Boom of the South and JSU football. Also, my son attends JSU college there.
The game was great. The concession was terrible on the visitor side and the men and women restroom were horrible.
Experience was phenomenal; the crowd was massive but well controlled. I enjoyed the game but was not prepared for the hot but beautiful weather.
The stadium was very crowded, and there was so many people!!!! I think it could be a better system. The parking was horrible!! Overall I had a great time, the football game was exciting. The bands was awesome, the sound was outstanding.
I just said that above. We won the game is the only other experience i news to share. Unlike when I bought season tickets from y'all, this year, and they mysteriously disappeared from my account. Even the confirmation email was retracted. I still haven't figured out if i lost my money on that deal. So yeah, THIS time was great.
Tickets were easy to get to. It was just a great day
Beats Standing in Line to Buy a Paper Ticket, GO JSU!!!!!!!!
The game was good and exciting. It was so many people and the atmosphere was awesome!!
I enjoyed this event from the beginning of purchasing my ticket via ticketmaster to entrance into the game...easy peasy! The event itself was an atmosphere that HAD to be experienced to get the full picture. Theres NOTHING like watching an HBCU rival football game!
It was a Beautiful Day for a Great Football Game. Everyone was Very Excited and Ready for The Big Game. It was A Great Game and everyone enjoyed the game.
The best environment in the world.. This event was so big and it was packed with 60,000 plus people. Nothing but fun and good times. We enjoyed it and the great hospitality JSU had to offer.
When purchasing my tickets, I put in the wrong email address-yaboo for yahoo. I tried to call several times but no avail. A day later I placed my problem in the contact email session. Thanks for answering my concerns and correcting my error. Even though I had heighten anxiety, the problem was resolved a few days before the Nov. 6th event. While at the gate to retrieve my tickets on my phone, the services kept circling for about 10 minutes before we could get services to proceed through the gate. Overall, I would consider this experience to be another learning stone and it prepares me for upcoming events. Kudos to my Alma Mater-JSU, Thee I love!
