Great seeing Jackie the Jokeman still doing what he loves to do. Still very animated and funny.
I've been listening to this guy on Howard Stern show for many years. Crude, raunchy and a ton of laughs. So glad I finally got to see him live
Jackie was amazing ang really kept the crowd entertained. I recommend to everyone to go see his show.
Jackie was great, his opening act was TERRIBLE. I was going to walk out but am glad I stayed.
The warm up Chris roach was hysterical and Jackie followed with his unrelenting one liners . He did not disappoint.
needs new material and the opening act SUCKED!!!!!!!!!
Went and saw Jackie at Mohegab Sun Nov 5th. We had the best time!
Jackie was good but the opening act sucked and kinda drained the energy out of the room. Also the Cabaret had another show at 10:00 scheduled and they made us feel rushed the whole time. Kinda annoying-
Opening act not good and bar service was very slow. Jackie made it all worth it as he is great!
Not sure if it was the fish I ate for dinner, at an unnamed East 4th restaurant, or the vulgar and highly offense monologue by the opening act (or perhaps the combination of both) but I felt obligated to leave after 20 minutes. The opening act (Andrew something) was about as funny as seeing my grandmother doing pull ups in the nude. Being a big fan of the Howard Stern Show I was really looking forward to seeing Jackie so I may go again but crossing my fingers the opening act is someone new.
Seen Jackie in Cleveland last time he was here cant wait to see him again..
The Cabaret is a great place to watch a show...Jackie is funny as hell...Great time...
Myself and those I attended with were very dissappointed with Jackie Martling. The opening act by Chris Monty, on the other hand, was great - a standup comedy routine that borrowed little if anything from other comedians or well circulated jokes. Nearly 2/3rds of the jokes that Martling told are in common circulation, and many of the others were predictable. Why spend $$$ to hear some old pervert get on stage and read jokes everyone's heard before?
Honestly, listening to Jackie tell jokes for an hour I thought might get a little redundant, however, he surprised me. He was charismatic, and the jokes were funny. The show had a good pace. If you're a girl and he asks you to come up at the end of the show, just know what you're getting into.....lets just say, he likes to "admire" women. LOL. Overall, I thought it was funny, raunchy, and clever.
This was a really good show. His jokes were funny and it was a good time. The venue was small, but it was a really good time. I would certainly go see him again.
