  • Hi My name is Jack

Jack Ingram had the house rocking at Joe's Bar on Weed Street. Playing for around two hours he mixed some of his better known hits, with some new favorites. At all times he stayed connected with the audience, a crowd of around 300+. Playing at Joe's, a more intimate setting for crowds, Jack was able to basically walk into his audience and give them that personal feel, that you just don't get at the huge venues. His mix of county, and classic rock beat, made his songs lively, without that twang sound some of other country bands play with. His final song "Love You" brought the house down. I would reccomend this show, and if possible, see Jack at a smaller venue like Joe's Bar, it makes the experience a whole lot more enjoyable

  • Jack Ingram

by Musicinmyheart on 9/3/09Wild Bills - DuluthRating: 4 out of 5

Over all the Jack Ingram's performance was very good. One point I did not care for was him taking shoes from the audience and signing them...yuck! If you saw some of those shoes, you'd say the same. But I have to comend Jack for going forward and not disappointing his fans who wanted the autograph. I did like the way he continued to move across the stage so all could see. I liked the way he gave credit to the guys behind him....always a plus, cause no one singer is all there is to making the music. The music was great, but unfortunately like most concerts, the pounding and buzzing comming from the speakers made it very difficult to hear and understand the actual words to the songs. I don't know about anyone else, but I go to concerts to not only see my favs, but to hear them.

Jack was really good. The audio setup could have been better, but it was still a good show.

  • Jack and his Beat Up Ford band

by midwestwordgirl on 8/11/09Bremer County Fair Grounds - WaverlyRating: 5 out of 5

Jack is a true entertainer...he always makes each fan feel like they are a part of the party. We saw him at Gruene Hall back in '02 in Texas and couldn't pass up the opportunity to see him right here in Iowa...3 hour drive or not! We would have loved to talk to you again, Jack, backstage but had to get back to NW Iowa! Can't wait for the new c.d. to come out August 25th!!!! Thanks for coming to Iowa!

  • Jack Ingram was superb!

  • Jack is an entertaining artist!!!

by Jul58 on 8/8/09Bremer County Fair Grounds - WaverlyRating: 5 out of 5

Beautiful evening in Waverly, Iowa with a full moon ..... out door venue to see Jack Ingram was perfect. It was a small town "county fair" feeling with a big name artist. Jack didn't seem to mind if he was playing for 200 people or 20,000 people. He put on a great show!!! His band members were entertaining and the entire set list was fun, energetic, and Jack, truly hit it out of the park!!!! Afterwards, people could go back-stage to meet him with their "Jack Pack" and he signed autographs. He's a nice guy, and I would definitely go see him again!!!

  • Jack Ingram was incredible

Jack Ingram and the Beat-Up Ford Band put on a great show at the Bremer County Fair in Waverly, Iowa last night. Jack played a great mix of classics from past cd's and new tunes from his upcoming cd. He really got the crowd rockin' with Barefood and Crazy. Every song was great. He started out strong and the energy only increased throughout the show. The classic Goodnight Moon closed the show, as a full moon shined down on the audience. It was a beautiful night, great crowd and an awesome performance by one of the best country musicians. Don't miss a chance to see him LIVE!!

Jack Ingram's concert at the Bremer County Fair was awesome. He did a great job. It's just too bad there wasn't more of a crowd for him to perform to. He made it a fun evening. The opening band Outlaw Junkies set up the stage for a great show. They also did a very good job.
