It was a great show. My fifteen year old daughter and I had a blast! I recommend it for all ages.

    More animals

    by Looneytunes82 on 4/13/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

I think the show was great and informative but it was a little boring for small children. Our 4 year old son was excited to see the animals but when Jack was talking in between he got pretty antsy. It's probably geared more toward older children & adults.

    Jack Hanna, hilarious and educational!

by Chiculture on 4/11/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

This was such an excellent show. It was educational and entertaining at the same time. I learned a lot about animal conservation that I didn't know from someone who has been working in this field for 50 years. Wow! It was also really funny. I was rolling! What a great break from the daily grind. He showed a lot of live animals and many many others from video clips. Of course, there were also funny bloopers that occurred on shows he had done. What a riot! Loved the sugar baby( an animal that looks somewhere in between a squirrel and a monkey) jumping onto his hat and the bird from South America that kept trying to smash the rubber lizard on a rock. I have not been so entertained in a long time. Keep up the great work, Jack!

    Amazing show!

    by IzzyA2397 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

Jack Hanna is someone I look up to as someone going into the animal field! Super funny, smart, and truly passionate guy. Signs as many autographs as he can and is super friendly. I found this show very fun, however smaller children might not be as interested as a lot of conservation and zoological park talk was done.

    Jack Hanna is amazing.

    by Bullmoose123 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

Unsure what to expect when we went. He put on an excellent show having brought some exotic animals from the Columbus Zoo along. He also showed some film clips and bloopers from his TV program. Entertaining and informative 90 minute show. Would definitely go see him again.

    Jack Hanna was Awesome!

    by Steever01 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

This was the perfect combination of live animal exhibition, film footage and regular lecture discussion which made the hour and a half time go by so quickly. My wife and I so hope that he returns next year and if he does, we will certainly see him again and again and again.

    Enjoyable

    by CDH48 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

I've always loved Jack Hanna and enjoyed this program as well. I would not say that this is a "kids" program. It is certainly family friendly but Jack has many stories to tell and the little ones at our show really were more excited to see just the animals. It was hard for them to sit through the slower parts and I think that some parents thought that there would be more animals on the stage for the kids to see. I think there were 6 or so. He's had so many amazing life experiences and I'm glad that he continues to share them with us.

    Great show!

    by Gummybear007 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

We loved the show! Jack Hanna entertained with his stories, research, short clips and especially the animals that accompanied him. Our whole family had a great time. Jack has given his life educating the young and old about animals and taking them on his journeys around the world. Well done!

    Great show

by BirthdayPresentGiver on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

I gave these tickets to my Mother for her 60th Birthday. She absolutely loved it. My dad who didn't really even want to go loved it too. They even called me after the show to tell me how great it was and that I needed to bring my kids if he came to my area.

    What a wonderful man!

    by crimson60033 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

The show wasn't all "show". It was also a teaching experience for me. I'm no young chicken and I saw 3 live animals (of the bunch he brought) that I had never heard of or seen in my lifetime. The clips he showed us were amazing and the live animals were great. Jack Hanna is not only very funny, witty and very handsome, he just oozes love and caring for his animals both in zoos and in the wild. He explained his philosophy about how nature works and it made sense. He's the real thing for sure. Definitely google this man and read about his beliefs because without men like him we won't leave anything for the next generation. I also want to mention the people that helped him were great and the camera man on stage the whole time was wonderful. (The bloopers of his TV appearances at the end were a riot! Dated me for sure! lol)

Jack Hanna's Show was great!! Highly recommend!

    by Wellie128 on 4/10/17Genesee Theatre - Waukegan

Jack Hanna was kind enough to sign autographs before and after the show. He was very entertaining. Throughout the show we watched different clips of his travels to see animals and some of his experiences. (Clips not shown on any of his tv shows). Since he works closely with the Columbus Zoo he was able to have the zoo bring some very cool animals for the audience to see. Audience full of people from the very young to very old. ***He mentioned retiring in about a handful of years, his kids taking over what he does. I would try to see him sooner rather than later.

    We Love Jack Hanna

by cphilipps on 3/29/17Five Flags Center - Dubuque

Jack was great! My only complaint was the girl videotaping for the jumbotrons was constantly in the way...we sat to the left of the stage and she was always on the left and blocked our view...there needs to be a better set up...

    Waste of money

by Mack78 on 3/21/17Five Flags Center - Dubuque

$117 for 2 adults and 2 kids to see a few animals and watch videos of Jack for 20-30 years ago. Sound quality was HORRIBLE, couldn't understand a word he said. Better off going to Madison zoo and watching Jack Hanna on YouTube, that's what 3/4 of the show was anyways!

    Jack Hanna 03/11/2017

by 563DBQ on 3/14/17Five Flags Theater - Dubuque

Not a great show. Jack talked really fast and kind of mumbly and it was hard to understand him. I went with 4, 6, 11 and 13 year olds and it didn't hold any of their interest, with the youngest begging to leave early. The screens showing the animals weren't the best quality and Jack seemed to talk a lot more about how he didn't like how zoo's were getting a bad rap these days and the kids didn't care about that. I was really excited about taking the kids to this and was very disappointed.

    not too wild!

by ernando on 3/14/17Five Flags Center - Dubuque

The event was a mix of videos and story's with some animals that were endangered. This was more for the over 40 group.

Too many video clips. Not enough animals. Great seeing Jack.

    Crowd Pleaser

by Val3ri3 on 3/14/17Five Flags Center - Dubuque

Jack Hanna's Into The Wild Live show was entertaining and educational for the kids while Jack's thoughtful monologue allowed chuckles to be shared by the adults in the crowd. He is an asset to the world :)

    Jack Hanna

by MPJK on 1/25/17The Peabody Daytona Beach - Daytona Beach

My husband and I brought our 14 year old grandson for his birthday to see the Jack Hanna show. We were extremely disappointed in the performance. The screen used to display the videos of his work was so small you couldn't see it. It was also difficult to hear. A great deal of old material was used including jokes told by Jack Hanna. Overall we were anticipating a much higher level of the use of technology
