ISSUES IN CONCERT:

Over the course of their brief but bright existence, metalcore band Issues has earned a reputation as a ferocious live act that blends heavy-rocking elements with epic R&B inspired hooks and melodies. Anchored by the one-two punch of dual lead vocalists Tyler Carter (clean vocals) and Michael Bohn (unclean vocals), the band tears through songs like "Mad At Myself" and "Hooligans" with a passion and intensity that always leaves fans thoroughly rocked. Issues consistently gets ticket buyers thrashing with their adrenaline-filled showmanship and decibel-shattering sound on tour.

 BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Issues formed in Atlanta, GA in 2012 from the ashes of metalcore band Woe, Is Me, a high-octane outfit that landed two albums on Billboard's Heatseekers chart before disbanding. Under the leadership of clean vocalist Tyler Carter, Issues made its debut in 2012 with the Black Diamonds EP, an auspicious collection of tracks that blended rap and R&B with traditional metalcore elements like heavily distorted guitar and screaming. The record reached the Top 10 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart, leading to extensive touring that included a string of dates on the 2013 Vans Warped Tour. The band released their self-titled debut full-length in 2014, debuting at #9 on the Billboard Top 200 with 22,000 units sold in the first week and topping the Hard Rock and Indie charts before wowing fans once again on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour.

    The show was incredible! With it being a farewell show, they did all of my favorites spanning all of their albums. At the end they brought out Michael which was sooo sick! Stage presence was amazing. Brian killed the vocals! It was super high energy and you could really feel the music and the lyrics. Sadly, it was my first and last time I’ll be seeing them as they retire the band, but the show was incredible. Life changing experience being in that room screaming the lyrics with everyone! <3

    This venue maybe slightly smaller in some minds but let me tell you it’s the best time. Issues is and will always be one of the best bands to see live. The venue brought the last time of them preforming to life, and I’m so grateful for the experience. I used to see them at the old location and it just brought back so many memories. This band changed my life and they will always have a special place in my playlists and heart. #issuesforever

    My first and last Issues show 💔 it was such an amazing experience. The musicality the band has as a whole is unmatched. I was in awe the whole night. Hands down one of my favorite concerts ever.

    Masquerade is just always a dope venue for a show. Im from Chicago and I've been here at least 3 times....Always a great time...Staff is super nice...people are super nice...Love this place! oh, and OF COURSE ISSUES was dooooope!!!

    The masquerade was a great venue. Parking was easy to get to as well. ISSUES is hands down my favorite band and to see them live was a dream come true. I’ll never forget it

    Issues is literally my favorite band!!! they were incredible!!! The show was everything I had hoped for and it was worth every penny I paid to fly down there and see the show !!! Everything about that show was amazing !! The only thing I wish , is that I could see them perform again

    The mix sounded great in the venue, convenient location. Issues has been a staple in my life, it was great seeing them at this location. Plenty of standing room, and offers to upgrade to seats.
