We thoroughly enjoyed the opening game for the Indy Fuel and will be regular attendees. We are looking forward to seeing the Fuel come together to play better as a team as the season progresses.
Game was great, fans were great, the only drawback concessions and bathrooms had long lines, doesn't seem to be enough to handle a sell out crowd. Traveled from KC MO to see former Mavericks Coach and Player in the inaugural Indy Fuel game, would of been better with a win but well worth the trip.
The atmosphere was great, facility much improved, but is still a bit cramped and lacked adequate concessions space to accommodate everyone in a reasonable amount of time.
I was impressed by the renovated coliseum...it is beautiful! The event was exciting, well organized, and very entertaining.
The renovation of the fairgrounds coliseum was really nicely done! Feels like a new building. Glad hockey is back in Indy!! I will definitely be going again!!

Great to see quality hockey back in Indianapolis! The Fairgrounds Coliseum renovation is amazing. Plenty of concessions stands, restrooms, souvenir booths. I'd love to sit in a suite sometime! The mascot Nitro's one-on-one interaction with the crowd is fun for the kids and the adults.
Great venue for hockey - every seat is a good seat. PA was way too loud. There's no need for so high a volume you couldn't talk during a stoppage in play.
Job well done Indy Fuel! From the Fun Fest prior to the event, to the enthusiastic workers taking tickets, selling Fuel merchandise, working concessions and showing us to our fabulous seats, every person we came in contact with did an outstanding job. We could not have asked for better seats. Intro show was spectacular. And what a fabulous and exciting game. Can't wait to go to another soon!
This was their innaugural game at home, in the newly renovated IN State Fair Coliseum. The old Coliseum is beautiful inside, very nice looking an made for a great experience. The concoureses could be wider, but they had to work with what was already there, so maybe no room to expand? Very crowded to get to bathrooms and food. Did not detract me from going again, but was tough to move around out there. The pregame was exciting, with United Center anthem singer Jim Cornelison singing, and Gene Honda, the U.C. announcer callingthe game. The Fuel did it up right. The game was awesome, ended in defeat, but went OT and the full rounds of 5 in the shootout and 2 or 3 rounds of sudden death. We had such a good time. Come out for some good hockey and great fan experience! -powderburn
I was awesome... concessions sucked..I didn't buy a ticket to stand in line but the game it self was great...

Worst venue for concessions I have ever seen in 45 yrs of going to sporting events!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! With what you've done to the concourse, there needs to be 20 vendors selling food pop beer popcorn peanuts etc..... TERRIBLE
What a great way to spend the night! Great seats & a great game! We sat directly behind the visitor bench.
Hard to find elevator horse handicap. No escalators. No concession stands on 3rd level. Not a BAD SEAT IN THE HOUSE. Took forever to order my tickets on line. First order I placed DISAPPEARED before I could print them
It is minor league hockey so it is what it is but the event was fun. The newly renovated coliseum is the perfect venue for the Fuel and the reno was top notch. We had front row seats in the upper deck in the corner and the seats were perfect. Overall great value.
Good seats, great event! The venue catering seriously underestimated how much hockey fans eat and drink, but the game went into double OT so it made up for all the time spent in line!
being abe to go the inaugural game for the new team was great. very exciting game :)
Great to have pro hockey. ECHL is an excellent value league. Many more good times to come.
