    Sunny and fun

by MeandJudy on 7/12/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Being in the stadium was awesome. We had the best seats! The sun was warm and delightful. The game did not get exciting until the 8th inning when the Indians got bases loaded and sent in their designated hitter. They got 3 runs total that inning and the rest was over pretty quickly. I went with my friend Judy. It is something we try to do every summer because we have such a good time.

    Hoping for better offense

    by Darby65 on 7/10/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

This was my wife and my first time at this park. All the park staff, including the concessions people, were very kind and courtious. It was dollar nite so it helped a lot as far as snacks. Beer was a little high. A great event to attend for the price. We will definitely come back .

    Fun night at the ballpark

by CAOIndy on 7/7/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Victory Field is a great AAA ballpark. People working were very friendly and helpful. Parking was $5.00 and across the street. restrooms and venders were close to our seats. The game was exciting and they had a lot of give aways. Monday night was a bonus (dollor menu night). Over all I would say great night out. We will definltly go again.

Great Night at the Ballpark! Good Family time!

    by karina12 on 7/7/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

The ballpark nights are always the best. For the evening games we always sit on the 3rd base side because you don't get the sun. The weather was beautiful. The monday night $1 Hotdogs, cracker jacks, chips, popcorn, peanuts....makes it so nice to actually do snacks at the ballpark. Our kids are high school and they always enjoy the atmosphere but even for the littler ones it is a great, safe, fun-filled time. I would recommend it to anyone.

    July 4th Indians baseball game

    by LovingLife65 on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Despite the rain and subsequent postponed game, i always love going to Victory Field to see a baseball game! Its a tradition that my daughter and i enjoy and even though the weather conditions were as they were, we still very much enjoyed ourselves and as usual met some really nice people to chat with to pass the time away. We set out in our seats with our ponchos on and laughed and carried on as if it was sun was shining! Its a relaxed atmosphere that typically in my experience brings out the best in people. One of my favorite things to do while in Indy!

    Victory Field, Indians vs Bats

by Glassgal on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Great venue, good weather and a double header (Indians won both)! Can't ask for much more. The staff at Victory Field was wonderful, and if you haven't been there -- it is a beautiful stadium.

    Park was spectacular

by Scorpion on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Victory Field is the nicest, cleanest, and well laid out AAA ballpark that I have ever been to. My family loved the clean and easy to find concessions, park events and the exceptionally clean restrooms. The park ushers and information personnel were friendly and very informative. Look forward to many more visits.

    bixler was awesome

by upsidedown on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

July 4th's game was a rain cancelation. We went to the double header on July 5th. We didn't realize that the tickets could be exchanged at any time during the rest of the season. That information would have been useful. But overall we had a good time. P.S. The price of food at the ballpark is outrageous!

    RAINY AND FREEZING!

by erinelizmeeg on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Not only was it raining and cold, but whoever was in charge decided not to tell anyone what was going on. As in, my boyfriend and I were sitting in the rain for over an hour before we just got up and left. There were no announcements or anything for that entire time. The ballpark cannot control the rain, but they can inform guests about their decisions ASAP!

    by knj2035 on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Our whole family had a fantastic time at the Indians game. We sat on the lawn with friends and when the kids got bored they played catch and ran around the lawn with the other kids.

    Rainy 4th

by BriVan on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

My wife and I have made it a tradition to go to Victory field on the 4th. Usually its works out well but the game this year was rained out. We were there for 3 hours before they called it. I have to say it was was just as good of time if not better, playing in the rain with my wife and just talking about whatever. They said we can schedule another game whenever we want. Maybe we'll get lucky and it will rain that day too, or not!

Great comeback in the 2nd game.

by Mullins on 7/6/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

Great seats & weather - I wish we could have attended the game that eventually rained out on the 4th. Victory Field is a nice park and makes for a great evening or afternoon event.

Indians game ends up rained out.

    by HoneyBuns1015 on 7/5/09Victory Field - Indianapolis

My boyfriend and I bought tickets to the Indians game for July 4th, but unfortunately it got rained out. We called the box office earlier that day to see if the game was still going to be played, and they said the game was going to try and start around 7:30 or 8. We got there to see around 7:15 and waited, in the rain, till around 8:30 when the announcer came on and said the game was postponed. It would have been nice to know earlier if the game was canceled, since the whole day was nothing but rain, we could have made other plans to celebrate the holiday than sitting out in the rain.
