Very easy access and great seats for the price paid

This was my family’s first time attending a Pacers game. We really enjoyed the experience. We entered through the Team Shop and it allows you access to the game from there. The atmosphere was exciting and the fan experience was great overall. Lines for concessions moved quickly. Prices were fair for a pro sporting event. We will definitely return!

We only go to a Pacer game once a year due to ticket prices for decent seats are too expensive. Food and drink prices too much and food selections seem fewer than normal. Love the new updates to the fieldhouse but feel we are really paying a price for those.

As a bi-vocational pastor, my free time is very limited. But this game was perfect for me and my family to attend a great game.

Great game by both teams. I took our foreign exchange student to see Luka. My daughter’s boyfriend and his dad joined and it was a great day. The entertainment at half time and during timeouts was on point. Just a great atmosphere to watch a game!

Ticket purchase made easy to a great event. Wonderful seats and easy entry to the game. I am ready to book something else . I was a little worried do to earlier in the day all cell phone service went down and I wasn’t sure how that was going to play out in getting in the game but service came back up before I got to find out..

We had a fun time as usual when we go to a game. And when the pacers win that makes it better. Easy in and out no problem. Nice people.

We had the hardest time finding parking. We’ve been to other games in the past and have never had this trouble. Seemed as if they had all the main garages set as reserved! The concession line was awful, you had to order in one line then go to an even larger line to wait. We only ordered two drinks and had to wait almost an entire quarter of the game to get our two drinks! Terribly ran!

Seamless entry. Tickets worked like a charm. Seats were as advertised. We have a lot of fun.

I don't see how large families can take the entire family to a basketball game anymore. 4 tickets in the nosebleed cost almost $200. Plus parking. If it hadn't been a birthday gift for grandson we would never have purchased the tickets.

Atmosphere in the arena to the time of getting to our seats, exciting and very welcoming. Way to go Pacers organization🏀

I really enjoyed the performances during the timeouts and at halftime. I definitely will be attending another game soon. It made it even more enjoyable when the Pacers won !

It needs to be easier for Senior citizens and people that are Technology challenged

First time I’ve been to a Pacers game. The Fieldhouse was fantastic Great atmosphere great game Pacers One couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas gift. And the seats throw up great seats for first game..

Tickets were easily accessible through the Wallet app. The game was exciting and the Pacers came out winners! I will see our home team again, of course, through Ticketmaster.

It was a fun time. Everybody was having fun until the Celtics started going ahead. The Pacers fans started leaving because they didn't think the Pacers would come back. They didn't ! I'm a Celtics Fan ! The Celtics won that night !
