American electronic music sensation Illenium returns to Australian shores in February 2020 with his biggest shows to date in support of his chart topping album Ascend. Illenium will hit Melbourne to wow everyone with his incredible live production.
ive been aching to go to an edm concert, especially an illenium one. the whole experience was absolutely amazing and far better than i ever imagined. the venue was huge but not crowded or condensed. the sound and lights were outstanding. i can't wait to see illenium live again. truly one of the best nights of my life.
I left the venue to help a friend who needed assistance outside of the venue. Because of the rules that re-entry is not allowed I was unable to return to the concert. Missing seeing illenium was sad for me! I have been looking forward to the concert since January for my birthday weekend. Life has some pretty sad turn of events sometimes. I learned that life is more important than a show - but I would have loved to see Illenium in the flesh 😊
The lasers, the lights, the pyrotechnics, the music… Everything was perfect!
illenium is such great artist and his new music continues to inspire edm enthusiasts. The performance was amazing in a fairly new venue I have been to. Lightning and audio system are advanced and sophisticated. It provides such immersive experience to the audience who were able to get close enough to the stage. Recommend more openings for general admission.
Loved the venue. The vibe. Illenium was off the charts. Best production value of any show I’ve seen in years. A++

I absolutely love that Illenium brought a live band! I love when live instruments are brought on stage. I love seeing talent in action. His DJ sets are just ok. Please do more live bands! I love Illenium's produced music and when he puts a live band show! Also happy he is engaged, same with Porter Robinson! Two of my favs. Love it when they both do a live show.
I’ve been a long time ILLENIUM fan so seeing him perform twice in one week was truly an experience. Seeing IMANU, Said The Sky, Annika Wells, and KREAM during the opening acts and hyping the crowd was amazing, and seeing ILLENIUM perform WOW!!! This was the best EDM concert I’ve been too.
Visuals were great, audio quality super clear. Venue was clean. Event staff super friendly and always offering directions if you look lost. ILLENIUM played most of his new tracks with a few older ones too.
I, however, missed the show. But what a way to waste $300
The show was absolutely amazing. But also, the staff and the way things were operated were unbelievable. They did such a great job and we did not end up in any traffic or lines throughout the experience.
I have seen Illenium during his Ascend tour at Red Rocks 2019 in Colorado, and have been dying to see him again ever since. 4 years later, I finally saw him again and it was an entirely different experience. It is amazing to see how much my favorite artist has grown and become such a huge name now. His Ascend concert was much smaller, with many smaller artists opening for him, but now he has Tiesto as an opener. He really grown in popularity. His visuals were great in 2018, but only got better with his debut of his self titled album set. I absolutely loved my experience. 10/10 I recommend seeing his new tour set. If you can, you will also have an absolute blast at his throwback set. The songs I know by heart and the amount of emotion his music invokes from the crowd make for an intimate experience even amongst the largest of crowds.
Overall the experience was great! This being a festival though, it was surprising to not find lockers, a map, or help booth (We spent a lot of time looking for things). Better communication would be nice, when it came to updates about the delayed opening for example, there was a LOT of confusion. Text or even email updates would be a huge help. Posting lineup schedule before each day is a must too so people can plan accordingly. Other than that, simple shade structure would be most appreciated, in particular in the pivot area. Bonus if there is a mist fan! We overall had a great time, and appreciated the lineup, reasonable security, and overall vibe.
Met so many amazing people! So many cool vendors. Food and alcohol prices were outrageous though
Illenium had an incredible performance. Great visuals. Great vibes. Some of the "friends" were a little underwhelming, but overall an amazing experience. I will definitely see again!
It was a blast this year, the music was great and there was no blown speakers! Loved Dabin, but just wished there was a little more merch there ! The reason I rated it a 4/5 this year is because of 1. The electrical weather that caused a couple hour delay (no ones fault) 2. Trejos tacos gave my rave group and I food poisoning after day 2 of illenium.
The Gorge is a beautiful venue hosting beautiful people and events. Illenium, tiesto, eptic, and many others were an absolute joy to see. The only complaint I have is just how expensive everything is INSIDE the venue!!! $10 for a slice of pizza, $14 for a 20oz beer, on top of the $150+ tickets and $250+ camping pass!!
His new live performance was kind of meh but his throwback set was great as usual. Just felt a bit disappointed with both his and Dabin’s live sets.
Live musicians brought the whole experience of my favorite music to life!
The venue, the music, the atmosphere, everything was just perfect. Not really much more to say.
