Nice arena. Fun atmosphere. Need to announce the penalties and the calls from the refs over the speakers. Also to the guys running the speakers. It is a hockey game. Treat is as such. I isn’t a baseball ball game.

The community rallies around these young men and the support and love for the hometown team is both humbling and amazing. I purchased tickets for family and friends during the holidays and had a fun-filled evening packed with excitement, energy, and memories.
Whoever dreamed up the name Spud Kings for this team should be fired. A team name should inspire strength and fear to the opposing teams. The team emblem is ridiculous as well. Embarrassing.
Fun to watch the hockey players. Seats were too small and uncomfortable. Price is excessive considering comfort.
We had an amazing time. It was my kids first game and our second and we will be going back soon.
Visiting from out of town and saw an add on TV and bought tickets. Had never been to a hockey game. Parking was easy in and out. Staff was courteous and helpful. Ticket prices were great and the new arena is very nice. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. Very family friendly.
Prices are way high on everything . Game was fun but somewhat of a mess getting in .
My family had such a great time at the hockey game! Hero Arena was super nice and the atmosphere created a fun interactive game. We will be returning for more games in the future. So excited to have hockey in Idaho Falls!
The atmosphere was great and it was a lot of fun to have something different in our area to cheer on. The arena was great and I will go back again. Food vendor options with different variety of choices. I honestly felt let down when I got my food. I chose the bbq place because brisket sounded great and when I first received the food it was small, bread and meat felt like it was already pre made and was sitting under the lamp light for to long. Came out super dry and my wife’s food was the same. We couldn’t eat it because it was like having left overs. My suggestion would be make it but don’t pre make a lot of them. No cold slaw or anything that resembles bbq, I had food trucks that were tasteful and I will not order there again. I can’t speak for the other food vendors but I would have to give that three stars and the reason was because the staff was super friendly and they looked like they were having fun. For the price of the food I feel like it should’ve been bigger, should have options of bbq paquetes so we can add to the brisket and it should never come out dry and for the price i was charged for I felt like that vendor was more in it for them than the customer experience. I could have had Texas Roadhouse for two which would of gave us great steaks with a baked spud and two drinks and still saved money from the price I was charged for on that transaction. I will go back for another hockey game but we will eat out before hand. Game price and tickets were great and that’s why I would go back again to cheer on the hockey team.
First time at a hockey game. It was a lot of fun and great crowd!!!
I think things were overpriced. The service charge to the cost of cold burgers and dogs. The venue was awesome and not a bad seat in the house.
We had a blast at the Spud Kings game!! Merch was affordable, staff was helpful and the Toys for Tots stuffed animal throw was so awesome!!! We had so much fun!!
It was very fun people say they aren’t that good they played really good in my opinion I would get season tickets they are super good but they can be mean.
even though are team didn't win we still had fun. great facility, seats were comfortable but a little cramped
Brand new arena. Very nice for a small arena, but appropriate size for the local population. A few minor issues at the very first Spud Kings home game, but resolved by third game on Sunday. The team is pretty green, and rather outsized by the top teams in the league. They are trying hard and I'm sure they will improve quickly if they can get a good core #1 and #2 line to carry through for a couple years. I hope people will come out and support the team while they continue to improve. Most of these young men are looking to get into a college hockey program when they leave the Junior A system.
Went to the hockey game with my two boys. It was amazing! We had an awesome time. Can't wait to see more events at the arena.
Went to the first game in the new arena and it was fantastic. Every seat has a great view and the management was spot on for customer satisfaction. You’ll enjoy the newness of the experience and the quirky nature of minor league hockey.
