The groups were great and the DJ's kept things going between them. 96.1 put on a great show. Wish I could go in September.

too many bands, it was too long. great artists though.

For a country show to go all day and into the evening is, in my opinion, the way a summer country show should always be. Listening to this music in the open air just makes it all the better. Acts were great, not at all too long and the music between sets was also awesome. My only criticism of the event is directed towards the vendors at the show. Waiting online at upwards of 30 minutes for a bottle of water is too long. Other than that the music was all i expected it to be

Great bands, great seats, tailgating was great... I met Dustin Lynch and Lauren Alayna. and also a up and coming country music. Overall experience 5 stars .got a nice tan too. Make sure you where sunscreen.

Freedom Fest was absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I got to be a part of it!

Many of new artist, who took the time to interact with fans after each set by saying hello and signing autographs and taking pictures.The event was very well orginized. Of course everyone waited patiently for Hunter Hayes to come to the stage. He gave a great performance, and addressed his fans as often as he could, which in my opinion made the fans love him even more.

A Great day from A to Z. The venue was amazing, the line-up unbelieveable, the audiance great. Just simply an unbelievable day.

I was so excited to attend this country music event. I've always wanted to see Hunter Hayes and he was mainly the reason I bought the ticket however he did not go on stage until 11 at night. I did not know this and was extremely disappointed since the doors open at 1. The tickets were NO re-entry so I'm confused. Was I supposed to sit in there for 10 hours? Or miss some other country singers in the beginning that I wished to see? Also the singers did not go on back to back which led to long intermissions and more wasted time sitting in the venue. Wish I has knew what this concert entailed so I could have prepared better for 10 hr day in 90 degree weather.

This concert was so amazing. Hunter is a great performer and sounds just as good live as he does on the record. I had soundcheck passes and that was the best experience! He does a great job of interacting with his fans and making them feel special. He is also an amazing guitarist and he really highlights this in the show which is really cool, lots of guitar solos. I totally recommend going to see him, you will not regret it! It was general admission so it was crowded and really hot but it was totally worth it.

This boy played guitar, piano and still had tons of energy to run around. He is a true performer and his voice is amazing. The show was one I'll never forget!

Hunter was fantastic. Such a talented young man. The sound was a little heavy on the bass. Not the best mix for this type of music.

Hunter Hayes is amazing. I loved the whole concert. He is an amazing singer and has many talents. I was very pleased with the whole concert. I would absolutely go to another one of his concerts. The overall experience was the best moment of my life.

I've been to Hunter's shows since he was 6 years old. I watched him grow, learn and master new instruments, I know his character, on stage and off stage. He's real. He puts on a great show, but it's not just a show, it's who he is. Friday night was hands down one of the best performances I've seen from him. Spot-on playing, spot-on vocals. And the crowd loved him for it. Although I love his original music, especially "More Than I Should", I particularly liked his version of "Superstition". If you get a chance to see him live, don't pass up the opportunity, you won't be disappointed.

I brought my two daughters and my niece to this concert. They were so excited and want to go see him again. I have medical issues and loved the fact that it was theatre seating. I also have to admit that I had an awesome time as well.

Hunter Hayes was amazing! But that's not a surprise to me, because I knew his show would be. He sounds just like his record, even better live. You can tell he cares a lot about his fans. You can also tell he loves what he does. It shows in his music. If he comes back to New Orleans, I will definitely try to go see him again! I love him even more now. The people that worked at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre for the Performing Arts where the concert was held, were really nice and helpful. The Theatre was also really nice. I would definitely go back.
