    Homecoming Game

    by Easy2love0123 on 11/2/10Greene Stadium - Washington

The venue parking was ‘not available’, street parking only. The city police did not display a willing to serve attitude. When we stopped to asked questions we were made to feel as though we should know the answer. However the University Police were very helpful and accommodating. When purchasing tickets online, I would have liked to have the option to purchase ‘home’ tickets opposed to ‘visitor’ tickets. Most of the action (performances) were facing the other side.

    Disappointing Game

    by B2M2K on 11/1/10Greene Stadium - Washington

The atmosphere was amazing; the fans were terrific, the bands were electrifying, and even the food was first class, However, the game was not at all entertaining. Both offences play soft. I took 6 young men, ages 13 to 16, and they stated that they did enjoy the outing.

This was the worst game I had been to in life! The school had zero school spirit and the team were playing like they were playing backyard football. THe band was the only good thing.

    Lincoln Howard Redeux

by Kellonyla on 10/5/10Greene Stadium - Washington

The event was a great revival of an old and revered rivalry between two monarch Historical Black Universities. After a forty year hiatus, the rivalry which commenced in 1894 was renewed.

Long lines messed up a good time

    by BisonFan1 on 9/13/10Greene Stadium - Washington

I'll never buy tickets for a Howard football game and pick them up on game day again! For one thing, the security guards and facility personnel that I spoke to had absolutely no idea where the will call window was. I was lucky to get direction from a friendly and well informed fan. Then, my son and I had to wait in line for twenty minutes to get my ticket. After getting my ticket we had to wait another 15 minutes to get into the game. There should more than two ticket agents and one gate to get people into the game. After we got, in the game was great. It was a sunny day, the bands were great, and the crowd was lively. Too bad Howard couldn't recruit any talent!

    Hampton-Howard Football game

by BootsysDad on 9/13/10Greene Stadium - Washington

Enjoyed the game, especially seeing Hampton beat Howard (as usual). Great rivalry and good rapport between the Hampton fans and Howard fans. My wife is the Hampton Alumni.
