Music was superb but there could have been more theactrics or at least some interaction with the audience to make it more entertaining. I have been to many symphonies and audience participation of some sort is usually involved.
Great evening, wonderful music, fun atmosphere. Recommended for all ages.
The Symphony sounded amazing, with perfectly blended sound, as it played oldies from the 60's and 70's. Rockapella rocked the house when they came out! They left me wanting more - They could sing to me all night and I would never get tired! They are in rhythm together and sing in such beautiful harmonies, staying on pitch perfectly as a group singing a cappella. What a gifted, talented, amazing, cool group! The concert was incredible!
it was a lot better than we expected. there were 6 of us ranging from 23 thru 54 and we all enjoyed it. the men who were making the music sounds left us in awe - you really thought that it was an instrument. it was a relaxing enjoyable evening. i will certainly recommend this to my friends. we hated to leave - we wanted more.
Wow these guys are amazing!!! They put on a fantastic show. High energy and fun. Got the crowd singing right along with them. Would definitely recommend going to see Rocapella
Saw Rockapella 3 years ago and love them. So nice to have them up at the CWMP!!! Great seats (second) at a great price!!! Thanks you, thank you! We will always come see Rockappels.
The overall experience was was worth every penny. I bought near front tickets instead of taking advantage of the free lawn seating and glad I did. Upfront enhanced the music quality and experience. Next time we go we will always get tickets up front.
I really enjoyed the concert - it was a great opportunity to see and appreciate the Symphony without having to get dressed up. I plan on attending another show later this year.
I enjoyed the program very much, and the covered seating was also very enjoyable. I took my 13 year old grandaughter for her first symphony experience, and believe it or not, she also enjoyed it very much.
I bought discounted tickets for my sister, my neice and myself. We enjoyed the activities with my neice before the show and the symphony was great as usual.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this event. We had seats towards the front and were able to enjoy a great view. The music was great, the dancing was wonderful and entertaining. I wish it had been longer than one hour, I would not have gotten bored in the least. Overall a great show!
Enjoyed the music and the dancing in the style of the 1950's.
As always the Houston Symphony put on a wonderful performance. It is such a wonderful way to share culture and music with our children! Keep the shows coming!!!
