When is the box office open?
The Houston Museum of Natural Science box office is open 9a.m through 8p.m (Monday through Sunday). Tickets should be purchased online, at Houston Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at (713) 629-3700, or by contacting the Museum at (713) 639-4629, www.hmns.org.
What payment types are accepted?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks with proper identification.
What are the will call rules?
Will Call tickets will be available 9a.m. through 8p.m (Monday through Sunday). Please proceed to the Will Call Window at the Museum's box office.
What are the parking options at Houston Museum of Natural Science?
Parking is available in Museum's 6-story garage located on Caroline, just south of Hermann Drive. Parking is $5 for museum members and $8 for visitors. In addition, some curbside parking is available near the Museum entrance and in Hermann Park.
Is there accessible seating?
The museum provides handicapped access to all venues for our patrons with disabilities.
What are the general rules of Houston Museum of Natural Science?
No refunds, cancellations or exchanges. No food or beverages are allowed in ticketed areas. No flash photography. No audio or video recorders. No weapons or firearms. Special Exhibit tickets are limited and are sold for a specific entry time. Advance reservations are highly recommended. There are no re-entry privileges into Special Exhibits. Ticket price includes entry into the Museum's Main Exhibit Halls.
