    Hours of Pain

by JonesieEndo on 4/19/11Val Air Ballroom - West Des Moines

Once Everlast/ House of Pain came on stage it was good, but there were WAY to many opening acts! Big B was very good also! Unfortunately, it seemed like Everlast had too much time on his hands before coming out and was a little intoxicated. The songs were still good. The size of the show may have contributed to my somewhat underwhelmed experience. Not a whole lot of people. We really love Everlast and went to see him. He did a great job.

Alright show. House of Pain was really good playing with a live band, but the rest of the show was just alright.

Was advertised as original members but no DJ Lethal. Some keyboard player instead!

    Lackluster at best

by JShem on 4/4/11State Theatre - St Petersburg

Everlast looked old and like he didn't want to be there. DBoy brought some energy to an otherwise disappointing performance.

HOP not the old school music you listened to.

by fernasa on 4/4/11State Theatre - St Petersburg

The show was not what I expected. It was awful. Was expecting Hip Hop and not country/rock music.

    WE NEED MONEY TOUR

by 94513 on 3/16/11Fillmore cancelled The Great Am. music hall - San Francisco

I never take the time to do this but feel its my duty. We (the 3 who went) have been long supporters of HOP, even bringing the 20 year old banner to show last night, and ended up leaving early! First the venue changed last minute, because of very low ticket sales, to a smaller spot..no big deal. The issue was the show itselfs, Everlast was either on the horse or just doesnt have it anymore, Dannyboy (if it was even him) tried to keep show moving but sensed no hope, (even the free stickers were throwin back at him)..Lethal DJ'ing on computers still managed to lose time and laugh about it? Songs were only noticeable when chorus came around....42 minutes into the show ended and left everyone scratching their heads..they re-emerged and when on with just plain terrible music. We left early to end the "pain" and remember the real HOP days when they gave a crap. They should do the right thing and end the tour. Big B was on hit, thanks!

    Awesome!

by REALONE on 4/11/10Nokia Theater, Times Square - NYC

NYC, they played a great set and I enjoyed the LaCoka stuff they threw in. Who knew HOP can still start a mosh pitt! The only disappointment was DJ Lethal not showing up. I know Limp Bizkit is important to him but come on man, you would be nobody without The House.

    HOP Sucked

by JYD13 on 3/29/10House of Blues Atlantic City - Atlantic City

First they arrived 3 hrs late, then put on a 52 min show. Are you kidding me. Terrible show, was so dissappointed. I have seen everlast 4 times and every show goes off without a hitch. He does about 2 hrs or so and never late. As for the venue House Of Bluse was great.

House of Pain in da house

by Juggalo366 on 3/23/10Northern Lights - Clifton Park

I recently attended the House of Pain show at Northern Lights in Clifton Park on 3/21/2010. The show overall was very good, although the sound quality was poor. This wasn't because of any of the performers, but the sound guy. Instead of turning the music down he would turn the mics up, which just made for a lot of muffed lyrics. DJ Playground and his drummer were nasty, it was nice to see a DJ mix it up and add something like a drummer. The local groups from the Albany area were very good as well. Nice beats, good lyrics, great interaction with the crowd, all the tools needed to be a good performer. The House of Pain set was sick, with a nice mix of H.O.P and LaCoka Nostra. Ending the show with Jump Around, which was a nice way to release the energy that had built up during the show. I would definatly recommend seeing them if anybody gets a chance.

House Of Pain is STILL in full effect!!

by SaintG on 3/22/10Northern Lights - Clifton Park

Despite the atroucious opening acts (in my opinion), Once House Of Pain/La Coka Nostra got on stage, it was non stop fun. With all their tunes from the La Coka Nostra material with some of the greatest House of Pain classics sprinkled in the set, the crowd went wild and all the adrenaline and energy was there in their peformance. Still one of the best if not the best Hip Hop act around.

    On some 92 ish!

by Seanessy on 3/20/10Nokia Theatre Times Square - New York

House of Pain kept an old school vibe by playing almost the whole 1st album and choice cuts from their other two releases. They brought out dj premier, Sadat x whom played two brand Nubian tracks and fellow La coka nostra members ill bill and slaine. Probably one of the beSt hip hop shows ive ever been to. They played the various lcn hits but kept it mostly HOP tracks. Great performance all around good time.

    House of Pain brought it

by clamar on 3/19/10House of Blues Atlantic City - Atlantic City

This show was about 14 years in the making, House of Pain with La Coka Nostra. They played new stuff, old stuff, the hits and some of the more rare songs that I would've never expected them to play, but they did. Everyone on the stage had maaadddd energy they were enjoying themselves as opposed to some groups that phone in a performance The energy they brought was reflected in the crowds response...time has taken nothing away and as expected when jump around hit, the place went wild, Ill Bill did some of his stuff, Slaine did some of his they went back and forth between LCN songs, and HOP songs.. Go see this show its a once in a lifetime event totally worth twice the price of admission. From the second Slaine stepped out on stage the vibe was in and it was on...
