    Meh

by Ann on 5/8/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

Trucks were cool but it was very hard to understand the announcer. It was more incoherent talking than driving. No real action and the venue was freezing. We left early along with a lot of other people. My 6 year old was pretty disappointed.

    Slow moving and low budget

by Cl on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

The event was OK, it was too slow moving to hold the kids attention. The trucks were really cool, but it’s definitely worth it to spring for monster jam. The down time between the trucks was very long, and each truck only had 15seconds of running before another break.

    Never again

by Brandy on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

The amount of money we paid for second row seating was a straight rip off for the value we got. The show was soooo sooo awful! So boring! The amount of talking they did was exhausting. Zero fillers in between “tricks” the “tricks” were not impressive at all. It was long and drug out. There was a group of 6 of us and we all left early. The audience interaction was just unnecessary and added to the already boring experience.

    Monotonous

by Cindy on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

Oh my goodness, they just do the same thing over and over and over! And the talking all the time ! I don’t know if it’s the acoustics or the sound equipment, but we could not understand Anything they said which really made all the talk annoying. They drove over same cars and spun in circles,,,that was it. I’d never go to monster truck show again. The motorcycle stunts were good and my Grandson liked the dragon transformer at the end. Just need more variety like that.

Wasted time and money, boring show

by Never again on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

It was like they were afraid of breaking their precious trucks. Underpowered trucks and no excitement. I suggest if you're thinking of attending don't! Spend your time at the zoo or Great Wolf Lodge!

Great show but not so great venue

by Mike D on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

I spent 1 hour of the show waiting on popcorn. The employees working the food bars did not seem to k ow how to make popcorn. I really enjoyed what was left of the show.

Not enough action for the first 2/3 of the show.

by Impatient parent on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

Stopping to talk after each truck was agonizing and extremely boring for the first 2/3 of the show. Three out of the four kids asked us if they could leave. The last 30 minutes of the show was like a normal, action-packed monster jam.

    Loud but

by Mom on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

The show is fun and really loud. If you’re kids are really sensitive it’s not a good a idea. They sell the headphones there but if you can buy your own it’s better. The only thing I didn’t like was that the person who was on the microphone I could barely understand what she was saying. Besides that my kids liked it. Too loud for a baby also.

    Great experience

by Mark G on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

I had a good time at my first Monster Truck show. The arena hosting the show was unprepared while we waited outside. No true lines to enter or go through security. Just one large crowd of people. Seat prices were a bit costly. Just so happy that my grandsons enjoyed it.

Kids wanted to leave half way through.

by Aj on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

We took our 5 & 3 year old to the Dayton show. The trucks were cool, but there was too much talking. Half the time I couldn’t even understand the announcers. The trucks didn’t really do anything super cool. The trucks would have been better if they allowed them do a couple jumps in a row. But instead the truck would drive over to the crush cars stop, they would talk for a couple of mins, the truck would jump the cars, then go park. Then they would talk for a couple more mins until the next truck did the same thing. It lost the interest of my 3 year old really fast. I feel like they need to have more jumps at a time or allow the trucks to jump for a certain amount of time vs only doing one jump. I also feel like the stadiums were too small for the tucks. Donuts were cool. But at half time we went to the bathroom and to switch seats because we were literally sitting in a puddle of water… and my kids were begging to leave. We asked them multiple times are you sure? And everytime they said yes. So we left at half time. Probably won’t go back, I’ll just stick with Monster Jam. Unless Hotwheels changes their setup.

It was cute. Definitely younger kid focused.

by E. Deems on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

They definitely tried getting the crowd involved. It was cute but seemed really short and lots of waiting but I don't think it was avoidable due to the size of the arena. My 6 year old had a good time. My older kids weren't as interested.

Not as thrilling as it could be. Plenty of potential.

by psychpatient on 5/7/24Wright State University Nutter Center - Dayton

I bought this tickets for my S/O because she loves Monster Jam. I have never been to a Monster Jam or monster truck type of show before the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party event. The hosts were great and the show was well coordinated. Unfortunately, the best part of the show was the motorcycle stunt portion directly after intermission. Some issues we had with this show: Cons: - Very difficult to understand the hosts or drivers when they were talking. - Entirely too much talking. Trying to hype the crowd before and after every jump or truck donut. We just wanted to see monster trucks doing their thing, not cheering and chanting to encourage the drivers to go bigger. - Too much downtime between tricks/stunts. It was 5 minutes of talking and cheering to 8 seconds of a monster truck actually doing anything. Pros: - Hosts were very good and have a lot of charisma. - The truck driving was pretty cool and was fun to watch. - Motorcycle stunts were probably the best part of the show! I think this show has potential to be much better if they focus more on the monster trucks doing cool tricks and stunts and less on the competition factor with scoring, etc. Most people just want excitement and to see trucks doing wild jumps and unique stunts. Overall, I was disappointed in the show and won't be going back unless it is overhauled a lot.

    Just Ok

by AG on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

My 5 year old liked it but preferred Monster Jam. This show was way too much talking in my opinion and they hardly ran the trucks. Only ran the trucks 3 or 4 times in the 2 hours… Will not go again.

Glow in the dark hot wheels

by Sue T on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

It was not worth the money I spent and on top of the tickets I paid for it cost $15 to park, others were sitting in seats that they did not pay for an no one came around to make sure they were sitting in the seats they paid for. Took my grandson and he had to stand the entire time to see as they blocked off seating and the rails so you could not see the show and this is where we were sitting. When you purchase the tickets they don't tell you this until you get at the venue. You could barely here the spokes people as the mircophones were muffled when they talked. It was not a good experience at all. My grandson asked to leave early as it was very boring to him and he is 7.

Definitely geared towards the kids. My daughter had a blast!! They kept the kids involved and engaged in the show. Very little down time. Definitely would go again.

    Great show!!!

by Lia on 5/7/24Silver Spurs Arena At OHP - Kissimmee

My boys had a great time watching the show. People who are sensitive to sound should wear ear protection- but it is a great experience for anyone who just love MONTER TRUCKS😁
