Awesome show, very interactive with the crowd, and good for the kids. The trucks are amazing looking and the glow party lighting is cool. Overall this is a great show. This show definitely copied the Monster Jam format as far as the trucks competing against each other. The only thing is the performance of trucks is very tame when compared to Monster Jam. The stunts where good but nowhere near Monster Jam's wow factor.
We got last minute tickets , and got there on time to watch the very first function of the hot wheels glow party show. My son danced and screamed of enjoyment while being there
Just don’t buy the flag it was 15 dollars and it broke once we paid for it
I’m not sure how someone could make monster trucks boring, but Hot Wheels found a way. The male host was alright but the female host tried way too hard and was absolutely brutal. She would be better as a cast member on Blippi Live or The Wiggles or something, she was so obnoxious. There was way too much talking and not enough action. The monster trucks looked cool, but the stunts were not exciting at all and were pretty lame. Monster Jam is SO much cooler than this. We actually left early. Don’t waste your money, just go to monster jam!
The prices were similar to the Monster Jam. The NOW arena is a lot smaller. The whole show was about 2½hrs to 3hrs but it was mainly a lot of talking with the hosts. The actual monster trucks driving and racing weren't too long. One truck completely failed and couldnt be in the show. The bikes competition and stunts i feel was the best part of the whole show. When they opened the overhead for the bike show, it was good so the inside was able to get some fresh air from the fumes etc. I think the prices were a bit too high for a smaller arena and not much of the actual monster truck showings.
We had an AWESOME time! Our 5 and 7 year old children loved it. The Crash Zone with meet the drivers and autographs was super cool and a great experience for the kids. The hyped up energetic announcers kept the show together and moving, Thumbs up to them and the whole production team. Not to mention the Glow Party, Freestyle Motorcycle jumping, and the MONSTER TRUCKS!
Our second time that we assisted to this show as a family, no much of a difference from the firts one other than the addition of the glowing lights, other than that, it was the same. Its the kind of shows that if you see it once, the next time doesn't really amazes you.
More talking than performance, popcorn stale not warm
My child's (5 years old) favorite part of the show was intermission when the motorcycles came out. The motorcycles were non stop movement and fun. The monster trucks would do something for 30 seconds and then the emcees would talk for 2-3 minutes before the trucks did anything again. It was obvious that the trucks needed to do this for safety reasons, so i encourage you to find a monster truck show at an extremely large arena before buying tickets and youifht be able to see a mich more action packed show.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always wanted to go to a monster truck jam especially with Bigfoot because I grew up in the 80s but there was just so much talking. I needed more car smashing, more tricks and stones and less talking. We missed the end bc I was just so tired but I wanted to see who won the competition. I thought everything was great but I would recommend not re-introducing the drivers/ trucks six different times.
Show was great. Entertaining for the kids. Suggestions would be to make the limited addition toy trucks available to purchase as souvenirs at the event. Other than that no complaints. Drivers were really nice during the pre show pit party. Signed autographs and took pictures with kids.
The arena was too small for these monster trucks. The audience was too close in case there was a malfunction on one of the trucks, it could have gone in the crowd too easily. The exhaust fumes were awful at times. Like I said, too small arena, and not sufficient ventilation. The show in general was just okay. I expected non-stop action and there was a lot of fill time in between everything. The motorcycles were the best part (but they are not Monster Trucks, so that was a little odd).
I would recommend a bigger arena and also better ventilation
Needs a lot of improvement with the monster truck part of the show. It was boring and repetitive. The rest of show was good but everyone came to see the monster trucks and that was a disappointment.
I was very good & had good seats … the only down part was little no none service. Overall I will continue to come and bring headphones if you don’t lie really loud noises.
