It was very nice to see grandson get so happy about the event he smiled the whole time
This was a really enjoyable show! It was exciting seeing how the MC engaged with the attendees. On the other hand, we need Scope to ensure that their popcorn machines are all working. I stood in line missed some of the show, trying to get popcorn at the concession stand and was informed that they were waiting for it to be delivered to that particular stand.
Had a blast. My 13 y/o grandson loved, loved, loved it. Raves about it to everyone. Be sure to wear ear protection! Very loud! You will be glad you did and will enjoy it even more.
My husband and I brought our grandchildren to the show for their birthday's. We went to the pre-show party as well. It was a surprise! They were in awe when we walked in and saw the trucks close up. We got everyone's signature! Then the show......they sat on the edge of their seats the whole time! Amazing!!!
should have moved at faster pace. Trucks could have jumped higher and the the scoring seemed like WWE. The trucks should have the lights on the entire time and the motocross show is the bomb. Those three are amazing. Also the pre party was a blast. Have another place to buy stuff line was to long.
My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was the first time we've been to a show like that. We will be back if the show comes back in town.
Would like to see more of the monster trucks, but the motorcycles were great show
Son enjoyed seeing the trucks but due to the size of the venue, it lacked any real action out of them. He was more excited about the FMX show since it was continuous. More time was spent listening to the hosts than watching the Monster Trucks. Glad we attended but won't attend another at this small of a location.
The show was well organized. As an adult I could see safety was a high priority. My son enjoyed watching the trucks do their tricks. He really enjoyed the Megasaurus tear the car in half. The motor bikes were amazing with their tricks.
We’ve been to a bunch of monster truck events, but this one didn’t keep my kids attention. We left at intermission. Definitely wouldn’t attend a hot wheels branded event again.
The arena was way too small and they needed a dirt floor. I felt like they had to be way too cautious because of such a small space. No real action besides the dirt bike riders - They made it fun for us.
Amazing great fun show as an adult watching hot wheels monster trucks brings out the child in me
I loved seeing monster trucks in the dark! Was so fun for my boyfriend and I. It seemed better than the regular shows. I enjoyed all the lights and kicking back
I have been attending monster truck shows for over 17 years and the Hot Wheels show is now one of my favorites. I look forward to the next one!
This event was about 1/3 monster trucks & 2/3 talking. There were multiple plugs for Hot Wheels toys ("only available at Target!"). The arena was very small so the trucks didn't have a lot of space to play around, but so, they were only were active for about 30 sec at a time. More time was spent interviewing the drivers it seemed than actually driving. We've been to Monster Jam, which was loud & active & a good time. In comparison, this was cheesy, very mellow & catered towards a much MUCH younger audience. I give it 1 star as far as adult entertainment, but 2-3 for my 10yo son's enjoyment.
We we're a little disappointed at how light it was for a glow in the dark show. The best part of the show was the Dinosaur and the motorcycles.
I bought tickets for my dad, my son and I to go and watch the show. We were disappointed because there wasn't as much thrill at there was 17 years ago. My son rooted for the new guy and he really liked the dirt bike show.
Lights were on throughout a ton of the show so it ruined the “glow” effect. The stadium was too small for monster trucks to fully do tricks too. Pretty boring for the most part. We had 3 kids-ages 4, 5, and 7-with us and they all lost interest very early in the show. The best part and only reason why I didn’t give this review a 1 star was the dirt bikes. Most entertaining piece for sure.
My nearly-5-year-old had a blast! He got to see some of his favorite HW Monster Trucks, he got to see how big the trucks really were during the pre-show party, but did get bored quickly during the intermission and the clean-up periods. Of course, we explained why they had to do these (set-up for the motorcycle feature, cleaning up the messes since there was no dirt on the stadium floor, etc). However, as an adult there was one exceptionally annoying part: SO MANY PLUGS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA. "Don't forget to post your pics to hashtag-hot-wheels-whatever!!!!!!" Okay, I get it, they need exposure, but you don't need to punctuate every single sentence with that reminder!
1 stars motor cycles best part and not hot wheels nor monster trucks... too small venue... trucks never really got to any speed.. a lot of money for lame show... pre party lame too... one of the trucks didnt even finish the show,,, Bonecrusher... what was up with that? my lads and I picked our monsters in advance and one of them didnt even finish & zero explanation... Won't be doing this again...
