The concert was GREAT! So much fun! My cousin who doesn't typically listen to the music LOVED it. The Guana Bats were a blast also. The energy in their performance was exilerating!

From start to finish it was a great show. The opening bands, Fangs on Fur and Guana Bats were awesome. The HorrorPops rocked the house. I had so much fun.

    FANGS, BATS, and HORRORPOPS RAWKED

by antiviralgecko on 11/3/09House of Blues Sunset Strip - Hollywood

Of all the times I have seen Fangs on Fur the show they put on at HOB was by far the best so far. Guana Bats, was AMAZING! I had seen them when I was a kid and they blew my mind, and last night, they took me back and it was mind blowing all over again. Horror Pops are fabulous performers and know how to get the crowd going, they are never a disappointment, a guaranteed good time.

    Best. Show. Ever. Period.

    by m0rpheus on 11/3/09HOB Sunset - Hollywood

The opening bands were great. Fangs on Fur had a super-awesome lead singer with a great stage presence. Guana Batz were especially entertaining. Their frontman was quite the showman. However, the headliners were a cut above. I took a couple of people with me that had never been to a "psychobilly" show before, and they were blown away. The acoustics were pretty good considering how tight the joint is. Patricia's voice was right on the money (recently stopped smoking, she said...). They played for over an hour, but who knows? You get lost in the music, it's hypnotic. After seeing Tiger Army the night before, the Horrorpops kept me wide awake, baby! What a weekend! My only regret was that they didn't play "Freaks in Uniforms". Otherwise, excellent work. Can't wait for the next album to drop.
