I really really really had a great time. This was my first time and can’t wait for next year. Coming from California to the south, this was the best time ever in 7 years.
This was my second time, to this event. It was great family entertainment. Great music! GO BULLDOGS!!!
Love going to this event every year. Taking my teenage girls there to see the LOVE and respect you get when attending an HBCU. You see all these different people from all backgrounds for 1 common goal of cheering one their alma mater(Bethune Cookman University) or just their favorite band.
The overall event was great. All the bands were entertaining and fun to watch. The only problem was the quality of sound at the Mercedes Benz Stadium.
All the marching bands had awesome performances, and the new stadium was great. Highly recommended.
This was my 1st time attending the Battle of the Bands and it was an awesome experience. It made me want to go back to my college days. The bands were amazing...they truly earned their spots to be there. The host kept the crowd hype and 112 performance added that 90's feel. I only wished that they would have announced the winner in the end.

The Battle of the bands is an awesome event, been going for yrs. I love to see people coming out to support there HBCU's. Being that the Mercedes Benz stadium is so large the sound quality wasn't that great. A suggestion maybe to put mikes or something along certain yard makers to help carry the sound. The stadium is a marvel of architecture design, a most see, and the concession stand prices for food and drinks was great. Now the down side if you didn't ride the train was the directing of traffic or lack there of was horrible and a grade of a big fat F!!! The people trying to direct traffic didn't have a clue, pretty much in the dayum way. Streets were blocked, orange cones in the way. Depending on which way u came down Northside drive, u weren't allowed to make turns if trying to park in the pay lots. The point of a person directing traffic normally doesn't use the change of the lights to do so, if thats the case get out of the way. Ride Marta is the best bet.
We have been going to HBOB for the past 5 years & we love it. The Mercedes Benz arena is awesome. We’re definitely going again next year
As a HBCU graduate, former Marching Wildcat, and soror of TBS, it's a joy to attend.

Lines were slow. Love Club level. Improve entrance times. Love food options
The event was great despite the weather. The new Falcon stadium is awesome. The line to get inside was a little crazy though.
Truely amazing to see all the bands at their best playing and marching with such great skills and talent. I enjoyed every band and will be attending many more events like this.
Very nice facility. I had seats in the upper balcony and I could see well. There are screens so that you do not miss anything. Acoustics not the best for the concert portion.
The sound wasn't great at all. The mikes were to high or something
The Battle of the Bands gave me Life I enjoyed every performance. There were Millions of people and the staff was amazing. They help you to find your seats and the exit doors. The lines were long but they moved swiftly, The Mercedes parking was awesome. Thanks for showing my family a good time.
It was dope! The entire atmosphere was filled with music and happy black people. Two things I love!

Awesome venue! I loved the Bands, BCU was the best.
