The Wanderers Experience is fun, just note the stadium is god awful, I've been to underfunded high schools with better bleacher seating. Also note, for reasons that make no sense, the massive concrete light posts sit in FRONT of the bleachers, so just about everyone has part of their view obstructed somewhere on the field.
It's great the grounds are a block away from were I live, it's right in downtown and it's priced fairly
From start to finish, the game was wonderful to watch. The ref was very fair and the result was amazing.
The game was really good,HFX had more scoring chances. The only thing that I would critique is theHumid temps.
Excellent evening apart from the result ! Halifax could have easily won the game but didnt! Beer was cold, atmosphere good, the 108 Bleacher was in full voice....overall great entertainment and it will only get better as we spread the word.... Go Wanderers !
The highlight was the cheering, singing, and commitment of the fan base. We sat in the bleachers but that supporters section could be heard all over the stadium! They also have a good setup for getting drinks quickly at each section. I will be back!
These games never disappoint; great service, atmosphere, and entertainment!
Visiting daughter in Halifax for the first time we all went to the footie. A bit different from Anfield but nonetheless entertaining. Good match, freezing cold and what was lacking was a Hot Drink! Not one to be had anywhere. Seating a bit different from my usual seat in the Koop watching Liverpool but pleased to see a happy family crowd all enjoying the match which I thought was a good standard of play probably similar to League two in England. Pleased that Halifax won and wish them all the best for the rest of the season.
A really good game, they needed to try a lot harder, a win was required not the draw they got. With the opposition down to ten men they should have one. Overall an enjoyable experience, was had by my friends who these tickets were brought for. I am a season ticket holder.
