The orchestra was great, the performance was great, I was just expecting it to be music from the Cirque shows. The music was what you hear basically any orchestra play, such as the Superman Theme song. It was worth seeing but don't expect it to be like a full Cirque du Soleil production.
The show was incredible. The sound in the theatre was amazing!

All aspects of this show were excellent -- the orchestra was great, as usual, and their selection of music superb; all the performers were outstanding. I highly recommend this show!
Well for one thing they started with the Star Spangled Banner, audience rose to their feet and sang along. Then it was a great selection of songs, along with some fascinating performances by the acrobats. Quality music and entertainment packaged together!
All the concerts we have attended have been terrific. This one was simply unbelievable! We were entertained and awed all at the same time.
This was a great way to introduce the younger generation to the symphony! The performers were all amazing and the music a real pleasure.
Theater was beautiful. Musicians outstanding. Acts accompanied music lended something different than just a concert. Tricks were breathtaking and at times nerve racking with height. It was funny, serious and entertaining. If you missed the show you missed a wonderful event to attend and enjoy.
The orchestra is top notch. Cirque performers were awesome and very entertaining.
The theatre is beautiful, the orchestra was wonderful, the performers were amusing :) BUT the best part is the first song: The Star Spangled Banner ! EVERYONE STOOD AND SANG, brought tears to my eyes. Kudos to the Hershey Symphony.
Show was well done in the small narrow area in front of the orchestra. Slightly disappointed in the final scene as there were no humans in it, only a projected image on the back wall.
Excellent work by the Superstar cast. An absolute top notch performance by all!
The show was wonderful. Music was terrific and the cast was outstanding. They really put a new spin on the Passion of Jesus. We thoroughly enjoyed the performance.
The Hershey Orchestra added much depth to the broadway show
First time to Hershey Theatre and it is impressive. Was expecting just the orchestra but we ended up with a full esemble of singers. It was a great show and was more impressive was everyone volunteered.
Just attended the performance of Jesus Christ Superstar. I must admit that I was very disappointed minutes after purchasing my 2nd row tickets when I realized this was to be a performance of the music by the orchestra and not the full production. My wife and I decided to attend anyway and we were not disappointed for long! The orchestra was accompanied by a full cast of singers and everyone of them was excellent. I was so drawn in that during the Temple scene I nearly reached for my wallet to purchase something from the players. Sean Young as Jesus was amazing and when he hit an extended high note the entire theater was transported. The true standout was Clayton Lee as Judas, in one word, phenomenal. We will be talking about this performance for years to come. Bravo!!!!!!

The Jesus Christ Superstar production mounted by the Hershey Symphony Orchestra was an experience of extraordinary value. The orchestra backed a cast of local talent who sang the hell out of the score. The cast and orchestra made us proud to be Hershey!

A nice pleasant show. When the orchestra played the guests were so quiet and silent I wondered if they were holding there breath. That's the way it should be when enjoying fine art. We were vary pleased the show met our expectations.
