ALL THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE TOURNEMENT AND THE PEOPLE IN HOSPITALITY WERE GREAT, FOOD AND CONSESSIONS WERE VERY GOOD. OH! I FORGOT THE GOLF WAS ALSO VERY EXCITING.
Golf fantastic- transportation excellent - F&B on the course terrible. Need to franchise out the concessions to someone who knows how to do it.
Loved watching the action up close, had a chance to walk course and watch the professional do their thing up close. Looking forward to next year.
Enjoyed 2 full days of the tournament. The staff and volunteers were all pleasant and professional. There is a hospitality tent on 18/9 that costs 700$USD a day. The food and drinks are all included and the atmosphere was lively and fun. The only other option is a small, minimally stocked booth with a couple of sandwiches and cold hotdogs. Lineups were long and ppl weren’t happy. This sends a strong message that only the “rich” are welcome.
If your goal is to get up close and have a great time this the the tournament to attend!

This event was wonderful!! The weather was awesome and it was not too crowded so we were able to be very up close and personal!! Loved it!! I highly recommend this event!!
If you are a PGA golf fan or just want to experience the pro's up and personal then THIS is the tourney to attend. I have been to several different PGA events and a couple with Tiger and usually the Tiger crowd is at least 30 people deep. Not at the Hero Challenge...not even close. Interact with all of the top pro's...I am still shocked how few fans were there. My plan is to make this my yearly event...too spoiled now to deal with the crowds at any other PGA tourney.
For the second year in a row, the Hero Challenge was a great golf experience with the ability to be up close with some of the best pros in the world. That being said, unless you were in the hospitality sections the access to food and beverage was way below what would have been expected. Same experience last year which was disappointing given the fact for security reasons/policy you can not bring food and drink into the tournament. The lack of food and beverage won't stop me from attending next year but.....
Lack of food and beverage options nowhere to sit. Bathroom options limited. Seems to still be in development stage. Cash only no credit cards except for merchandise....really!
