Here Come the Mummies Tickets

Great concert with some very talented musicians................. great horns and the right mix of pure party music with some very fun stuff thrown in!

this is one of those bands whose live performance is better than the record. the atmosphere was astounding, with the crowd singing along, participating in the dances, and absolutely vibing with the band. the band itself is a group of mind-blowingly talented guys, who know how to put on a great show that keeps you moving to the beat and smiling while you do it. even if these guys didn't take the time to dress up in costume and makeup, the amount of talent they posess would still keep people coming back for more. if they weren't putting out an impossible amount of energy during the performance, which they get back note for note from the crowd, they could have done a 5 hour show and not a soul would have left before the end of the last song. we all need something more to give us a smile in this day, and Here Come the Mummies does it with style! as a 5'6 chick amongst tall men.. yeah, there were times when all i saw was the back of some drunk dudes head. all areas were great for the show, and the balcony would not have detracted my awe.

I have been to many concerts at a variety of venues over the years. Some groups have been okay, others good, and there were even a few that have lived up to their hype. Having said that, HERE COME THE MUMMIES has been the best group I have ever seen...bar none. There is absolutely no need for pyrotechnics, light shows, or the like with these guys. The showmanship and enthusiasm the band brings is more than enough to satisfy. Those things, coupled with their unique brand of music ("terrifying funk from the grave") guarantees to have you dancing and singing to the point of being hoarse the next day. Trust me on this one. At the end of the show, the band members met the audience, signed autographs, and posed for photos with anyone who was interested. They seemed to appreciate OUR attendance as much as we appreciated the spectacular show they had just provided. If you enjoy good music, humorous lyrics that will make you smile, and an overall good time, this is your show. You will NOT be disappointed.

I absolutly love these guys! They are great musicians, and they're vocals are fantastic!. They really put on an awesome show, and I want to see them again!

So very entertaining and fast paced I enjoyed every Second!

My husband, brother-in-law and I drove from Lansing, Michigan all the way to Columbus to see these guys and they did not disappoint. They played all our favorite songs and kept us and the rest of the crowd entertained. I did have a bit of a problem with the event staff. I am visibly pregnant and my husband kept trying to get me a chair to sit on. Three event staffers said they were all out, the four my husband pointed out that I was visibly pregnant and pointed me out to the worker, before he did get me a chair. Other than that, the concert was a blast. I wish the mummies would tour into Michigan, as it would be a lot easier to see them. The four and half hour drive was well worth it. I intent to see them again.

This was a show of shows. The guys in gauze know how to put on a crowd-pleaser unlike anything else. Non-stop up-tempo funk rock at its best. Many a smooth segue from one song to the next. As this was their first Columbus show I hope they were pleased with our great music fan audience knowing all the material. If you missed this show don't miss them the next time they come to town.

The band is awesome. The horns add a lot to the sound. The band played for two hours straight and was so high energy!!

a wonderful live show! Go see the Mummies every chance you get. No 2 shows are the same, but they are all FANTASTIC!

This was by far the best live show I have ever seen. Hands down these guys put on an unforgettable show. If their music does not make you happy and put a smile on your face, you need to check your pulse.

Here Come the Mummies has an awesome, funky sound that is enriched by brass - trumpets and saxophones - and lots of percussion. In addition, their vocals are an awesome blend of harmonies. The Mummies are so much fun to listen to! Their songs are quite interesting and you just want to hear them more. I would definitely recommend seeing them in concert to appreciate their amazing talent. Note: There are a few songs that are more "adult" in nature. Only negative thing about it was the venue - not much seating so we stood the whole time.

The Mummies, of course, are a great act to see live. But the real treat was the young, hip band out of Nashville - Space Capone. If you think Nashville music is only country twang and sentimental slop, then you need to see this band. They are the real deal - high energy, superb musicianship, funk and soul and jazz...you will be hearing much more from them, no doubt. If you like to dance and groove, see them any chance you can.

the best live show that I have seen in a long time. I wish I could have got tickets to the Friday show. I look forward to the next show.

There are a lot of great live acts out there, but few come close to the experience of a "Here Come The Mummies" show. Incredibly tight playing, powerful horn section, pounding percussion, and some of the best funk and R&B around. It's impossible not to grin and sing along at their shows, and their rabid fans demonstrate this at every performance that I've attended, this one included. Hearing them on "The Bob & Tom Show" is entertaining, watching them and 600 fans sing "Pants" is something to behold. If they come to a venue near you go out and get tickets, you'll love it!

Bottom line, the Mummies are great! The Vogue was completely over sold. It was to crowed to enjoy the show. Way to crowed to even go get another drink. If it was advertised that a different band was going on first, we would have waited the hour in a bar instead of standing listening to that crap. So..... Vogue=Yuk....Mummies=AWSOME

Here Come the Mummies always put on a great live show. Their music is tight, the sound is great, the stage show is even better. If like their music, but have never seen them live, you are missing at least half of the fun. And if you've never heard the, you are missing out on all of the fun. They are a hilarious and extremely talented funk band. Do not miss them if they are anywhere close to you!
