Was an awesome show!!! Amazing. Dio is an amazing singer and the guitar player was out of this world. Had ninth row seats from the stage, and could see everything, My only complaint was staff told me to stop recording with my camera, when clearly half of everybody there had a camera. Other than that..was great. Great lighting too.
Loved the concert! The energy was magical and exciting!
Fist band was HELL to listen to: the opening band sucked,NEUROSIS the sound man/keyboardist knocked over his own equipment.lol Then the bliss of HEAVEN: ..Heaven and Hell was awesome though..awesome..dude totally. I had tickets for Sabbaths '92 tour when they canceled,never thought I'd e get to see this line up ever again.It was like a going in a "Time Machine" back 17 years.. For 67 years of age DIO still has it..wow can he ever belt out the lyrics..Tonni's guitar the "The Old Boy" sounded great..Vinny's drum solo was flawless hope they got it on tape.Geezer's ever steady heavy riffs made my hair stand on end...the computer graphic display of their album covers was trippy...this old head while clean and sober still got a bit of a flashback buzz off them.I liked the set, very heavy metal Gothic with the large twin supporting gargoyles.. the crowd Loved to sing along ..Whoa oh oh oh ..OH oh ohooh....felt like I was in Birmingham, England at a soccer match.. Great concert. Would have liked more older songs. But pretty good.
I had goosebumps from the moment Tony Iommi walked on stage until the end of their encore, Neon Knights. The band sounds amazing.
I thought that Coheed and Cambria did an amazing job opening for Heaven and Hell, everything was perfect. Then Heaven and Hell also did an amazing job. the stage set-up was awesome and they were full of energy and really played well.
