THE EVENT VENUE COULD USE SOME REPLAY SCREENS AND A TIMER. THE NATIONAL ANTHEMS HAD NO FLAGS. SEATS WERE GREAT !
Seat were nice, got to see everything up close and hear everything
Event was ok. The lack of fights was kind of disappointing. Seems like once a fight ended you had to wait 15 to 30 minutes just for the next fight. There were also some spot lights that seems to be set up in the corner of the arena that would be left on during the main fights for some reason. Sweating during this event was not something I had planned.
Had a great time. Great seats!! The food and drinks were overpriced but I expected that.
Well we watched the fight in Houston Texas at the Reliant Arena. The Arena little small, but it's good for fights because any where you seat. You can see the action..
The fighters did their job. Fights were great! It would have been nice to have had a screen for instant replay. It would have been nice if it didn't take 20 minutes to get a beer. What is the pupose of paying the money for VIP seats if you have to get your own beer? And, it would have been nice if they would not have run out of several brands of beer. It would have been nice if the refs and judges would have acted like they weren't morans. Fans were great & the fighters were great, but the arena and Texas officials need to get their act together before the next fight.
One of the most memorable times ive had in a while as a huge fan of the sport! not only was it action packed but to be able to talk jim lampley, mike buffer, and my man manny stewart was a honor and priveledge for me. Bottom line for me I enjoyed it period.
Fight card was perfect! Although some are still fuming mad on the decisions given that night! My ringside tickets were over priced for the cramp seats I was in! My row was even missing a chair!!! Only ONE way to get in and out of the 28 seated row!!! Even though that was terrible, everything else was perfect! This was My second visit to the hbo fights in Houston and would still return!!!
This was my husband and myself first live event and we had a great time. Other then my body hurting from being all tents up I feel like I was in the ring lol.It was one of the most exciting events we have ever been too. Cant wait for the next one!!!
Awesome fights, aside from the completely incompetent boxinf commission that robbed Carlos Molina.
The sound was horrible inside the arena. We could not hear anything the announcers were saying.
Live boxing is always fun. Not just the fight, but the crowd is also great. I would recomment the Reliant Arena get a better sound system.
Gotta love boxing!!! Exciting atmosphere. Can't wait for another event!!!!!
All right Houston folks, we had an awesome crowd and time watching the fights. All of the undercard fights were entertaining and competitive!! Congrats to Golden Boy and Corona for bring awesome boxing to Houston. Let's do it again soon.
This was a great fight to attend live. There was a heavy polish crowd/Mexican American crowd, each supporting there guy. My son & I had a great time as always & look forward to Vazquez vs. Marquez at Staples!
the tickets were at a really reasonable price. the fight was great. you can see the ring clearly. there was even famous people walking around you can see. for the price of the ticket you cant get any better.
Good view, nice and vivid like in Las Vegas. Good location, no problem in the parking lots. Beer, food, and beverages, everything in order. My overall experience unforgettable.
this was a great night of boxing...gimmie more here in tha IE.
I am a huge heavyweight boxing fan... I really enjoyed this david and goliath event... as it is written in the bible we all know who was defeated. Unfortunately, for all us Arreola fans he was goliath :( Just goes to show you size is not every thing -- it is about skills and the last two rounds Adamek picked Cristobal apart -- for a moment in the 10th round it looked like Adamek was going to go down but he didn't... Hang in there Cristobal you are still a champ in my eyes... :)
