    My favorite concert experience

by Dylan on 5/11/24Prudential Center - Newark

As someone who has seen and worked at numerous concerts, this is the most involved I've ever felt in a concert setting. I love my friends and I love hatsune miku

    not enough merch

by faye m on 5/11/24Prudential Center - Newark

my friends and i loved this concert to bits even despite the lcd screen. it was so amazing to see miku and the crew for the first time since 2018!! the only downside was that there was not enough merch to go around AT ALL. the merch staff were very nice but slow and the lines moved slower than a snails pace as well...

    A Great Experience!

by AvePas on 5/10/24Prudential Center - Newark

Although the merch lines were insane, the security was great, the show itself was extremely fun, and everything seemed to be accounted for! Only wish the show was longer!!

    Epic!

by Pryze on 5/10/24Prudential Center - Newark

I loved the people on line waiting for the show. All wonderful people and kind and on top of it all quite a few freebies from many including food and drink! As someone who spent tons of hours waiting in the morning to get merch the wait went by quick with fans as great as these! As i waited on line the only thing was no nearby restrooms bar Wendy's but i get it since we're not waiting inside. Physical box office did let some women in to use restroom but not many. The line was updated every also often and our questions answered to the best of staff ability. SHOUT OUT TO THE LADY STAFF IN GREEN SHIRT bearing with us crazy fans waiting hours for merch lol. Once inside the staff was quick to help us pass the bag and metal detector check. I was first 10 for merch inside and although the person helping me really didn't know what characters I wanted and had to explain which character and what item, they still helped me as quick as they could ; i couldn't buy 2 light sticks which was also understandable. The concert itself was a blast with most people in unison with their light sticks although our chants and encore call were lacking mega lol. The LED Screen wasn't bad i had quite a few people blocking view but as long as i moved my neck a bit it would be better. Maybe an improvement could be a bigger screen which is more advice for crunchyroll than anyone else tbh. OH! The seats on floor being a bit apart instead of side by side may be more helpful since people of various figures sit and stand but standing sideways helped mitigate it a lot but still some elbow bumping into others. Overall had a blast and 10 out of 10 do it again and again and again and again!!!

    Smooth Experience!

by Nichole on 5/10/24Prudential Center - Newark

This was my first concert, and everything went super smoothly and I really enjoyed myself! My only gripe is the merch line seeming a bit mismanaged (others were still there waiting even when show started!) But apart from that the show was absolutely great and I'd definitely go again, I'd recommend it if you're interested in Miku and her friends and want that experience! Everyone I came across was super nice aswell

    disappointed

    by kərˈməj(ə)n on 5/10/24

It pains me to leave Miku with anything less than 6 stars out of 5. But, not using the traditional projection technology, was a major disappointment. It's always great to be surrounded by the other fans' energy, but the screen lost the magic.

Stressful and not what I paid for

by Mm on 5/10/24Prudential Center - Newark

I paid to watch Hatsune Miku and her friends dance on a stage via holographic like technology. Not watch music videos on a small TV I should even seen cuz the TV was too small. I had a terrible time.

Finally went to a Miku Expo.

by Patrick on 5/10/24Prudential Center - Newark

I was happily finally going to an actually Miku Expo and in my home state of New Jersey too. Because I lost the chance to go to a Miku Expo in my home state of New Jersey in 2020 because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. I hope to go to another Miku Expo soon the next time Miku goes on tour but by the east coast in one of the states by the east coast. Like in my home state of New Jersey, or New York, or Pennsylvania. And I'm hoping there will be holograms not a large LED TV screen.

    Concert Great, Merch Handled Terribly

by TJ on 5/10/24Prudential Center - Newark

Just leaving a review to say the concert itself was amazing and fun. First concert like that and it was a blast. However there was a gargantuan mishandling of the merch vendors. To my knowledge for all the people there there was only 2 stands for merch. With the line we were standing on wrapping around the other half of the stadium (merch booth was in section 20, line ended when we got on at section 9). We got to the venue early, made it inside pretty quickly and had to wait over an hour in line just to be told they sold out of what we wanted 10 minutes after the concert started. There has to be better line management and more vendors for an event like this which is extremely merch heavy. Huge oversight. Line management at the doors to enter the venue was bad as well. One long line became 3-4 smaller ones and then they only opened 2 of the three sets of doors to enter the building causing a huge backup of my line. They eventually opened the last set of doors in front my our lines 15 minutes later. This has to be managed better.
