Getting the exact seats that I wanted was easy and fast. Making my payment was also simple, since my card is saved. Scanning into and out of the event was quick and without a problem.

My crew and I went to the Military appreciation game. The Wolfpack did a great job with the theme and the highlights. Loved the game.

The game is always fun and exciting the people around you suck they talk during the game and talk about everything but the game they act like they know the game but they don’t know the game too many people swearing people get up there in the play don’t wait for the whistle blow very disrespectful all night fight with you because I feel I can do what they want

We really enjoyed the last game. We lost 2-0 but the kids were so excited during the entire match ! Definitely going back soon

Attended a Hartford Wolfpack game with my son. Hadn't been to the Hartford Civic Center in a long long time. They've made some night changes to the arena, and really cleaned up the concession stand area. Prices weren't ridiculous for food, and we had tickets right by the glass behind the net, also a very fair affordable price.

Win or loose the XL always does a fantastic job! My kids even won the Halloween Contest!! Special thanks to the XL Crew and the job they do!!

Opening night ….glad to see everyone venturing out again! Full house….lots of energy.I liked how they put the towels on the backs of the seats .I will definitely try to make some more games this season🏒🥅

Wolf Pack Hockey is always a great time. Went to a game here and there then twice last year and decided to get a partial season. Wolf Pack rep Austin is extremely helpful. Games are fun and exciting.

The seats smelled of urine. Spent the first two periods in lines at concessions stands. They kept running out of hot dogs, pretzels and pizza. Then ran out of a beer, too. Have pics of 8 people standing with their backs to the service counter while one register was in use with 50-60 people lined up at this particular stand. I would prefer to pay for the concessions i bring in myself (yes, buy them and then pay again for the privilege to bring them in to the game). When I finally did find a stand with hot dogs they did not have trays to bring the food and drinks back to the game. Ridiculous experience that I don't ever want to re-live.

the first period the Whale played well at first but let the falcons back in with goals late... The second period was the best I have seen them skate this year... Early in the third period it looked like the Falcons were coming back... But the Whale got back to good ways of the second period and even held off a late 6 on 5 for a much needed 2 points...

Never disappointed in a CT Whale Game!!! for a fun family time the CT Whale games are a great time out.

5 stars all around! Buying the tickets was very easy and very inexpensive. The game was awesome, we even got to see the Whale get a shutout! Great time!!

Hartford whales are always exciting and entertaining. They never seem to disappoint. Can't wait for the next game!
