Show was awesome. Baltimore Soundstage is a small venue so it was quite the experience.
I was not expecting a live band, I was expecting a DJ. My mind was blown by the talent on each and every part of that stage. The intimacy of the venue, Ludlow Garage, took me back 20 years to underground hip hop shows. The crowd was lit and Gza was amazing.
Killed it. Band was on point, GZA did his thing and repped the rest of the group properly! Dozen police cars posted down the street waiting for a riot, not a single fight in sight, nothing but Wu love!
Been listening to Wu Tang since they came out but this is the first time I’ve seen any of them live! The location was nice and clean and gave close stage contact, GZA killed it! Awesome show! Clan in da front, let your feet stomp…👐🏾
Gza was on point as was the band. I was impressed with the show. He played all his great solo stuff and some Wu tracks. Of course the show started about 1 hour after the scheduled time, but you gotta be ready for this at rap concerts as they usually start a little late.
The GZA did not disappoint! He was on the mic for a solid 2 hours and spitting fire. Brought back hip hop not dancers, not mumbling, just was a lyricist.
Arrived at 8:30 and the show kicked off shortly after. Besides the security being a little uptight this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a small venue. The sound was amazing and the acoustics were clear and heavy.
It was a great venue nice atmosphere good drinks and an awesome performance this is the second time i seen him solo
Just an amazing experience all the way around. Great show, audience and venue. Can’t wait to see GZA again!
Great experience I had at the Chicago Winery! Although I went with an unexpected guest I enjoyed myself! I got a $20 bill signed which I did lose, yet it is what is I still have the pics and video I took of him! Also the family of ODB took a photo with me! A better intimate experience as well!
Flew all the way to Denver for show absolutely horrible.
This show was AWESOME!! The venue was fully prepared for everything, they opened exactly on time without ANY delays during entry. Prepared all wristbands for Covid, 21+ and VIP ahead of entry to make a quick and seamless transition into the auditorium. Preshow DJ was great. GZA, Rae & Ghost killed it, but Young Dirty was the star!! I will return to this venue for sure.
Great concert..the band was amazing & GZA did almost the entire liquid swords album along with some Wu-Tang classics..the openers mc BRAVADO was okay but other opener ill concious was incredible..great mc along with omnia Azar & dirt platoon..local artists I believe.
Gza’s performance was simply amazing. I don’t know if they use the house sound or brought their own guy but it was 100% on point. Gza was loud and clear while still being able to hear ever not from the live band.
Unfortunately, did not enjoy any of the opening acts. However, when GZA did come on, after many long delays, I was please with his performance.
