Great singer sounded amazing live and also had a great sensw of humor 😎

I bought stateroom tickets and couldn't use them. I arrived with the show already started and my girlfriend and I couldn't get into the cabin space because they informed us that the space was already full. Horrible organization. No drink! bad experience

I really think we should get some reimbursement for those who paid for open Bar . At 10 something pm , they did not have no more vodka. At 11 pm, they did not have bottles of water or cups to serve the drinks.. At 11:30 pm, they completely stopped serving any drink. It was unbelievable. Ps: We liked the concert as it was good. The downside was the disorganization of the open bar. It was not worth the money we have paid.

The show was great, just few things IAm not satisfied like the open Dj needs improved his mix and bits also the sound in general included singer wasn’t that good.

I traveled from Toronto and I was thinking I will buy the best ticket which was camarote the most expensive but there was other one and ticketmaster didn’t specified and there was no other option when I bought the ticket. I was very disappointed. VIP was missing

Paid for more expensive tickets and when got there front stage and general were all the same, only difference was price. Front stage was supposed to be a separate session but nothing to split sections when got there. Upsetting but did enjoy the concert after all.

Although we paid more for front stage seats there were no seats at all and general admission and front stage were all mixed. People were standing in front of the stage and it was very crowded. I ended up leaving. I was scammed!!!

If you like Gustavo Lima you can't miss this concert!

I had only one compliant. The alcohol ticket sale setup needs improvement. There was one location for tickets and the line was so long that most people were in that line with the actual bars empty most of the concert. There should have been more staff assigned to tickets sales instead of pouring drinks.

disorganization below the artist's level. -My ticket was not scanned at the entrance, I may have entered for free. -more than 1 hour in line to buy drinks. -Unavailable drink tickets -show delay in 3 and a half hours -fights the show itself was great

Gustavo Lima's show showed how to bring together the best audience, the best singer in one of the best states in the world, show of competence! Thank you very much

The drinks are so expensive, all the drinks are the second line and the beer was a itaipava. The sound was bad. The singer was like tired for sing. Just had one line for men’s restroom and just one line for buy the tickets for the drinks, both were too long. Well, I’ll never go to this show again

The show was great! Venue and organization could be improved. However, my biggest frustration was that I purchase a ticket price $129 expecting to have something special on top of the $89 ticket. Upon arriving at the venue, I learned that the $89 was right next to me, who paid $129. Paid $40 more for no reason!

7 pm show, arrived at 6:30 but the late added 3pm show was just letting out. We stood in line for 2 hours in the cold waiting for the House of blues to empty and let us in. The main act started around 9:30. The performance was good, but Gusttavo seemed to have used a lot of his energy in the earlier show, and the late add earlier show cost half of what I paid...I wish I had seen the earlier show.

Truly great to see such an intimate sold out show. Truth being that 2 hour wait outside on a chilly night was inconvient but fun due to 'block party' feel with all the loud music and dancing. Guttavo Lima put on a spectacular show having fans dance to his line up + request songs before closing the show with kind send offs. #Epicness

Doors opened over an hour late and then it still took another hour an a half before we got in. In 40 degree weather it wasn’t the best start to the show. The show itself was great, the main performance lasted just under an hour an a half.
