Grupo Frontera is a regional Mexican music act from Edinburg, Texas. The band’s lineup includes Adelaido “Payo” Solís III (vocals, bajo quinto); Juan Javier Cantú (vocals accordion); Julian Peña Jr. (congas); Alberto “Beto” Acosta (bajo quinto); Carlos Guerrero (drums) and Carlos Zamora (bass guitar). Grupo Frontera began performing in 2019 as a wedding and party band before eventually releasing a pair of EPs, En Vivo, Vol. 1 and No Se Va (En Vivo), in 2022. That same year, the band scored their first No. 1 on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Airplay chart courtesy of the Carín León collaboration “Que Vuelvas.” In 2023, the sextet joined forces with Bad Bunny for “Un x100to,” which rocketed to the Top 5 of the Hot 100 and is credited with helping usher regional Mexican music’s crossover into the mainstream. Later that summer, the band released their debut studio album, El Comienzo. Their sophomore LP, Jugando a Que No Pasa Nada, was released in 2024.

Group Frontera's 2024 Jugando A Que No Pasa Nada Tour Dates
Grupo Frontera headed out on their 2024 Jugando A Que No Pasa Nada tour in August 2024. After kicking off at Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, the tour covered much of North America through October 2024.

This concert lived up to the expectations and I am glad to hear they started a little bit after 8pm. We were running late lol. Overall, this up and coming band is really crushing it.
Loved the venue and the club seats are phenomenal! Security was great, felt very safe!

This concert by far was one of the best ones I’ve attended. Grupo frontera blew me away, they had not one but two artist come out to sing.
In first the frontera group, it was great 100% the only bad experience I had was that they changed my seats to the floor of course they tell you the reason but if I had wanted tickets on the floor I grab them but there I didn't want anyways we had no choice but to be down on the floor bad experience there.

Wow, they sound the same live as recorded, they are incredible. The sound, amazing. The stage design, perfect. The crowd involvement, stellar. They are amazing musicians and the whole concert rocked. Maverick center was organized and the entrance took 10 seconds. Exit was simple and quick. Only slow thing was the parking lot out, but we just listened to Groupo Frontera while exiting!

was a good performance,all it need really is to start on time,there is a reason why we have a time,it says 8pm not 8:45pm.tickets are already sold and paid for if your not in your seats by 8 you should of got there when doors opened.
