For me and my family it was a very pleasant night, full of a good show and the fireworks gave an impressive touch to the presentation of the Grupo Firme...

I am very disappointed with the handicap access your stadium provides. We had a handicap person in our group and she was not accommodated at all. After waiting for a wheelchair for over an hour we were informed that we would not get a wheelchair until after the concert. The concert was over and we still had no help. To top it off, floors were closed and we were unable to access to exit. Towards the end security told us to figure it out as they could not long help us. What can be done about this situation?

This was one of the best concerts I have been to. My seats had a great view sitting or standing. I got to enjoy the entire show without anyone obstructing my view. I would definitely come to Sofi Stadium for another concert, or even another Grupo Firme concert!

The Sofi stadium is huge and was amazing. Grupo Firme put on a great show. Great ambiance, kept their audience engaged every second. Next time I will definitely buy floor seats! Drinks...WOW!!! delish. The micheladas were amazing

Everything was smooth from getting in to finding our seats and of course the concert itself. Best performance EVER! Thank you for this great experience.

The concert was amazing! In and of itself, that gets 5 stars - would’ve been nice if it started on time. The biggest issue was even before the concert. Someone should go talk to Dodgers Stadium to have 2 simple entrances and guide people where they need to go. Parking was pre-purchased but the gate was closed and I ended up at a much farther lot because no one was willing to answer a simple question.

great show as always 3rd time seeing the 2nd time going to the sofi and have had no problems with them always very organized and clean and straight to the point.

Everything went as smooth as possible. From the parking to finding our seats! Restrooms were nice & well maintained. Overall a great / fun experience!

The grupo firme was great, the event was very organized. And allot of workers avoidable and they all had great customer service, mind u were had floor seats.

Sound quality is extremely superior and adds to the amazing experience. Stadium is beautiful. Last minute reassigning of seats was not cool but at the end, guest services was able to accommodate. Difficult to find specific drinks (Modelo Michelada Cans) as only served in dedicated outlets. Parking extremely expensive and difficult especially at the end. Glad Stadium opened early to allow early arrival and avoid traffic gridlock in advance of event. Overall, ready to attend any concert again at Sofi.

First time @ Sofi.. I WALKED AROUND THE ENTIRE SOFI, to find my car …SMH . Theres gotta be a better way. Also to enter i could only enter through my corresponding entrance .. annoying!! BUT GRUPO FIRME WILL ALways BE DOPE

The best of the best concert my husband and i have ever attend too, i will totally see them again

Paid 280 dls for my ticket, concert started late we had to listen to a dj ( did not pay to listen to a dj) When firme started playing the sound was terrible couldn't even understand what they were saying. So disappointed in them. I will never buy tickets to their concert again.
