I was not impressed with this event at all. From the event center air conditioning not working to the show starting so late. It was unbearable to be inside the event center with the heat.
Duelo performance was great but the venue Payne Arena needs improvement...air conditioning wasn't working and very disorganized, not enough event staffing and the chairs were uncomfortable, no cup holders on some.
It was not what I expected it was first and foremost the latest concert I’ve ever been too which glad to hear they had some other group start and had good songs but just the fact that Duelo never made it out or did anyone bother to acknowledge the crowd and let us know they were to be out soon and just have us there waiting wondering what was going on. Plus soon after they decided to come on the whole building started feeling so hot and felt like we were out of air due to how hot the temperature was inside and again not acknowledging what was going on and at least inform the crowd so that we could of understand and not just think the worse. I could not tolerate the heat and ended up leaving the concert 30 min after they came out to sing. Was it my moneys worth? Definitely not
I never write reviews but I was so mad when we got there and doors hadn’t been opened. At every concert I’ve been, they ALWAYS open the doors before. If doors had been opened at least 1 hour prior to event things the long line outside wouldn’t have been as bad as it was! I understand about the AC, it can happen, but not opening the doors at least 1 hour was a complete fail. Super frustrating and unorganized.
Didn’t like the experience and it was too hot. The prices weren’t firm for the experience that was gicen
Concert was awesome but building AC was not working.
The main vocalist, Oscar Ivan, has an amazing voice, very enjoyable. The entire crew is so talented and outgoing. The only down side is they played for a little over an hour, it’s not enough time. I wish they would have given us more of a show. It felt like they wanted to get it over with and move on to the next one.
They sing really well , a like very much the show. And o had a lot of fun. And it looked really cool
I would see there performance and it looked amazing but once I was there they don’t play all there best songs, and the guy talks a lot
The overall concert was good they played all the songs I love! I can’t complain about the group itself but the theatre? They need to do better there was some songs that you couldn’t even understand what they were saying due to the lack of system in the theatre. I will not be attending that theatre ever again!

The auditorium was a perfect size. I didn’t think the tickets we got were going to be super close to the stage. It was the most awesome experience I had ever had. It was my childhood dream and I had the most amazing time with my best friend ever.
I highly recommend this concert I had an amazing time and would go again with no hesitation 😊👍

40 to 45 minutes in line to buy a beer stupid only 2 stations selling drinks you pay to enjoy the concerts not to be standing in line to buy a drink the venue the arena dropped the ball bad on this one!!!
I was really good, we sing all the night, we don;t have any issue with the seats or tickets or anything.
Wish they had performed at a different place. The Payne arena was so unorganized when it came to sales of food and drinks. Never going to an event there again
The music itself was amazing. But I can't say same thing about the people around us. One guy sitting in front of us kept smoking his vapes all night long. That bothered my allergies really bad. And a girl behind us kept SCREAMING all the words of the songs. She was so loud that we couldn't hear the lead singer. But the band did a great job!!!
Everything was super great , great presentation great staff and the way they care about people with disabilities
They need to invest on the sound system. The sound was terrible. couldn't hear the voice.
