GRANGER SMITH IN CONCERT:
No-frills country crooner Granger Smith is all about life's simple pleasures. Whether he's singing about making love in a field or joking about the stereotypes of country living as his alter ego Earl Dibbles Jr., the gifted young songwriter approaches his material with an ease and modesty that never fail to endear him to fans. His down-home personality and friendly voice have long made him a live favorite in his home state of Texas, and now audiences around the country will get a chance to see him perform as he hits the road on tour.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Texas, Smith took up the guitar at age 14, teaching himself to play and penning his first songs. At age 19, he moved to Nashville and quickly landed a songwriting contract. He self-released his debut album Waiting on Forever in 1998, impressing critics with a strong collection of songs that hinted at the future success he would enjoy. In addition to self-releasing five more albums throughout the '00s, Smith has traveled to Iraq to perform for soldiers and played two shows at the White House. In 2013 he made his major label debut with Dirt Road Driveway, landing at No. 15 on the Country Albums chart -- a feat that has fans eagerly awaiting his upcoming tour.

by R. J. on 7/23/23I finally got to see Granger live during the farewell tour great entertainer he knows how to put on a show! The venue was great! And he sounds just as good live as he does on recording wish I could have seen more of him live but excited for his next chapter outside of touring!

When we were walking in a girl was helped out from being overheard. They need some type of air flow in there or open some doors. Being so hot did not make it enjoyable at all. Plus your drink prices are ridiculous!

Granger Smith is a fantastic country boy performer, and has produced several albums over 25 years, so he will be missed! The sold out Boise Idaho crowd loved him, and his songs! 🏆

Granger and his band made sure to involve the children in the crowd and pulled some up on stage! He’s so personable with the crowd! Would totally recommend 💜

My son grew up listening to him and we were finally able to attend a concert. My son was chosen to be VIP seating in the front row. On top of it he was able to get his hat signed. I am saddened to see him leave the music world but I know he will be a rockstar in his ministry!

The only improvement i would suggest is of the party pit is limited to 150 people not 300. Also the venue needs to be stocked better because they were out of many drinks.

Although it woulda been nice to have a bigger crowd to kick off his farewell tour it honestly felt like an intimate show. Overall a fantastic performance! He is obviously passionate about his music.
