    Incredible, high-energy & beautifully nostalgic!

    This was a truly amazing event! Grandmaster offers such an incredible presentation of the history of east coast hip-hop and made me feel so proud and lucky to have lived in this area and during this time in history. The show was high-energy & beautifully nostalgic, paying homage to so much of the music that has served as the soundtrack to my life. I left feeling renewed & grateful for the rich music history that I have been privileged enough to live to see.

    Fun - But Not What We Expacted

    From the description of the event, we all thought it would be more of a presentation of the history and evolution of rap and hip-hop with music and stories. But, while the music was really fun and we danced a lot, it was essentially just a dance party with quick samples of lots of different music in no particular order or with any introduction. Hearing the music did bring us back to some wonderful classic moments, but would have liked more talk about the process and history.
