Grand Rapids Symphony Tickets

Overall, loved it. The music was phenomenal and fun and being able to celebrate a bit of Grand Rapids fame with everyone around me was pretty magical. My complaints are that the theatre was unusually warm, and that the number of bells distracted from the film. I couldn't tell what bells were movie bells or audience bells which took away from the movie. Either way, I think this is a great event and a good one for kids too!

Our family, that includes our adult children, enjoyed this evening with the sense of wonder found in childhood. What a beautiful performance by ALL the musicians. If is a repeat opportunity in the future,we will certainly be there.

From the first second the event began, it was a thrill! The world-renowned conductor was amazing. I was mesmerized by his love of conducting and the music that seemed to flow out of every bit of his body. The symphony and chorus were spot-on, adding to the film in every way. They knew the music inside and out. It was a delightful experience all the way through, for both my husband and I.

A night out at the Grand Rapids Symphony and DeVos Performance Hall always feels special. The music is spectacular and the service is exceptional. A comparatively affordable night on the town, I recommend the experience to everyone.

Once again the Grand Rapids Symphony totally blew the roof of Devos. The synchronization between the film and the musicians was brilliant. The chorus and soloist were breath-taking and their voices soared with the vastness of the songs. The musicians were fabulous and seemed to love performing. All around Grade A performances enhanced as always by the amazing acoustics of the Hall. Cannot wait to see attend their performance of "The Two Towers"

I don't usually tear up to music. This one got me. The execution was flawless. The vocal soloist was great, but the GR symphony and chorus was the best part. The crowd was hyped and respectful.

I absolutely loved listening to the symphony perform! The musicians were all so insanely talented. I felt like watching the movie became so much better with the addition of the symphony. I loved every second of it!

Our family of four went to this production, we had never been to one before so we got front row seats. That was a big mistake. Our view of the movie was obstructed by the symphony so we were constantly looking up. It was also way too loud since we were way too close. The symphony itself was amazing. It was so cool to hear the music live. I feel like DeVos should have not sold seats that were obstructed. If we were 8 rows back the experience would have been perfect.

This was an amazing experience. The orchestra was phenomenal. They raised the bar for how good this movie already was. Having the choir and performers singing was absolutely incredible. Many times I was only watching them and forgot about the movie. Please do the other two movies.
