Got7 on Tour

Korea is brimming with talented boy bands, and Got7 are no exception. The calm and confident septet stands out from the pack, though, with its international members: Just four of the seven hail from Korea, while Bambam grew up in Thailand, Jackson in Hong Kong and Taiwanese-American rapper Mark was born in California. That polyglot background doesn't just show up in their sound — a typically delicious blend of dance pop, EDM, R&B and rap — but also in their lyrics, which comfortably veer between English, Korean, Chinese and Spanish in the same song. Add in their martial arts tricking, and Got7 brings a distinctly exciting aesthetic to their live shows. The group undertook the Fly tour, their first world tour, in 2016; in 2018, they extended their reach to Europe and South America on the Eyes on You world tour.

Got7 in Concert

Got7 have been on the scene for a while, in K-pop terms. They were formed by JYP Entertainment, and their 2014 debut EP Got It? soared to No. 1 on the Billboard World Albums chart when it came out. The band quickly conquered Japan, too, releasing their first Japanese-language EP that same year. Got7 followed up that early success with the full album Identify in 2014. In 2015, the band released two EPs, Just Right and Mad. They didn't forget their Japanese fans, though, releasing a Japanese-language full-length in 2016 titled Moriagatteyo. That was followed by a slew of EPs, including two Flight Log EPs and the Flight Log: Turbulence LP. Their 2018 release, Present: You, saw each of the seven members offering a solo song, much to fans' delight. Like many K-pop bands, the Got7 are both prolific and multitalented, starring in reality shows and pursuing solo projects on the side, including the amusingly-named Jus2 (guess how many members?). Jackson was even a competitive fencer before he took up singing. They've cleaned up at both Korean and international awards shows, including Gaon, Golden Disc and Mnet. And they were the first K-pop band to play New York's Barclays Center.

Got7 best night of my life

by Yongguksanae99 on 7/11/16Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre - Atlanta

Got7 was my second official concert and I can hands down with no regret say it was my favorite. The whole night had me laughing and screaming. They are so funny and comfortable on stage. They captivated me, I knew I loved them but this just made me fall In love with them times 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000. I miss them so much already but I know they need some rest but I sincerely hope that they will return BECUASE Atlanta fans love them. They were so genuine at hi touch (I've been to two other hi touch events and I was so nervous I only looked two members in the eyes then regretted it so much later). But with got7 I looked them all in the eye and they made me comfortable, although I still melted ~heart emoji~. I could go on and on but I just wanna say that this was seriously the best night of my life and I love them thank u to the venue and staff members and everyone who made it possible for atl to see our boys :') it truly means the world.

    Got7 was LIT!

by Chirami on 7/11/16Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre - Atlanta

The show started strong and stayed there. There were now weak moments. They kept fans engaged and even did special unit stages to show off their skills.

    Got7 outdid themselves!!!

    by Kimkim225 on 7/8/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

The whole experience was amazing! Got7 really shines with their energy and large doses of fan service! Their music was superb, and the overall night was amazing! One of the artists was ill and shouldn't have been up there on stage, but he was and gave his performance 110% and his passion for his music and his fans really showed. We love this group and are already making plans to see them again the next time they are in the area.

    Got7 was LIT!!!

    by BrittBrat821 on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

The concert was amazing! It was my first kpop concert and Got7 definitely made an impression on me. I can't wait for them to return... Hopefully for a fan meet! But it was unfortunate that nobody was allowed to take pictures or record videos during the performance due to artist management.

    GOT7 FLY IN CHICAGO...AMAZING!!!!

by glowree on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

This is so far the best concert i have ever been to.... all the members we're really nice. I can never forget the fact that They walked in the midst of the crowd(with security def) during Confession song, it still amazes me...when i saw them they looked like gods, all extremely handsome, i just stood there frozen because they look better than pictures and HD videos and i was trying to take it all in, they tried to shake as much people as they could especially Jackson &JB....really hope they all keep that attitude even when they become more popular. Last but not least the singing and dancing itself was amazing , i could hear their actual voices, their moves were in sync and with a lot of energy. The members are the same as the videos..Jackson and Bambam-the clowns,Junior -the serious one, etc OVERALL I'D SAY THE CONCERT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE wish the 'hi-touch' wasn't done in such a rush though....

    Got7 was amazing!

by LinnMeow on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

Got7 did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond my expectations and were definitely one of the best concerts I have ever attended. Keep in mind, all of this was true even with me being on the second level far from the main stage. To no surprise, Got7's singing was phenomenal, but to top it off their amazing singing was accompanied by amazing choreographed dances, outfit and stage changes, and the group performed WAY more songs than I was expecting. They also included a few short talking breaks between the songs and were kind enough to speak mostly English to us. I loved that you could tell these weren't planned or scripted in any way, they were very authentic and fun! They even included some fan service sexy dances that had the whole crowd squealing! Thanks for an amazing show, Got7!!

It was absolutely amazing this was my second concert at Rosemount!!! From my seat it was pretty good no visual disruptions unless you sit behind a tall person. The only thing I want them to change is make a clear line for the merchandise so you know where to go. Every thing was totally perfect!!!!!

    So much FUN!!!!!

    by Kayse1123 on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

This was sooo much FUN! They were just A-DOR-ABLE!!!! Even though they are NOT my bias group I still had a wonderful time. The only sad part was Youngjae REALLY needed to be either in bed or at hospital. He was very ill but he gave it his all and the performance was WONDERFUL.

    Amazing Concert

by SpicyBun on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

This was my first concert, and honestly it was unforgettable. Although Youngjae was feeling unwell he and the other members performed beautifully. There was a lot of dabbing and beautiful vocals along with some of the best dancing I've ever seen.

Amazing performance, solid venue & staff

by KaityMillz on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

It was worth every penny and then some to see the amazing show Got7 put on. There were obviously a couple technical hiccups throughout the evening, including a delay with a video clip playing, but the staff handled it efficiently. Another issue that popped up was running out of merch more than 30 minutes before the show started. The staff then promised more would be available afterward, but it wasn't. Instead they had order forms to have merch shipped to you, which would've been fine except they then ran out of forms. I guess they were unprepared for the frenzy of eager IGot7s wanting to commemorate their boys' first US tour! Besides that, a stellar show.

    Got7 in Chicago

by CloverFan on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

It was awesome. If I didn't have seriously enhanced glasses, I wouldn't have been able to see from my seat though. Next time I'll sit in Balcony, or P1, or P2 though. I wish Chicago gets to have two concerts from any artist though. I heard NYC got it.

one of the greatest if not the greatest concerts I've been to. Youngjae was sick but still slaying I hope they can all get rest soon! Fan service was above anything else bambam dabbing and grabbing his crotch talking about some dream about it...they're personalities are amazing they're going to go far and get much bigger.

Got7 really showed they loved their fans

by Gwiyeomigangster on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

I'm not sure if there was a high touch even after words but Got7 were so kind and wonderful for coming out into the crowd and shaking our hands. It was a wonderful surprise considering how hard it was to get tickets that were close to the stage. It made our seats more worth while and just the best. Got7 was also very funny and kept the crowd entertained.

It was the best day of my life!!

    by Got7rookie on 7/6/16Rosemont Theatre - Rosemont

The line waiting wasn't too bad, the setting in the theatre was great, everyone seemed pretty happy to be there, good merch being sold (although the shirts sold out quicker than I expected!), and overall great affordable seats!
