Golden State Warriors History
Founded in 1946, the Warriors called the city of Philadelphia home for 16 memorable years before moving to the West Coast in 1962 to become the San Francisco Warriors. In 1971, the Golden State Warriors were born when the team moved across the Bay to Oakland.
The team's storied history includes seven NBA Championships, an NBA-record 73 wins during the 2015–16 season, eight players named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team, and 31 members inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
The Golden State Warriors also have the distinction of having the third most NBA Championships to their name (seven), and the third-most appearances in the NBA Finals (10). The only teams that have more are the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics. The current team is led by splash brothers Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, as well as 8x All-NBA Defensive selection Draymond Green. The Golden State Warriors’ most recent NBA Championship came in 2022.

What a great evening! It was great watching the Warriors warm up and to be so engaging with the fans! The kids were so excited and it was a memorable experience!
Both my kids and I had a great night, we took a lot of photos and videos during warm up time, it would be perfect if you can arrange more player interaction time, like autograph time with fans, the kids love that so much. Let's go Warriors!
Bought my tickets for more than $300 each for second floor seats but overall tickets price dropped down to less than half after I bought through the presale. What's the point of joining the priority list and paid high price for the tickets?
I got to see the 3 point buzzer beater by Curry!!! What a wonderful experience!!!
Just a nice comment: the Chase staff that took care of the vendors that night ( I am an ambassador for Irish-American Baseball Society for Irish Night) were friendly, knowledgeable, went out of their way to help, as I had a walker. Always with smiles and helpful. Not bad the Warriors got a win, as well.
There was so much to do and we watched the greatest game of the year! Double overtime! I couldn’t ask for more!
The GS Warriors always give it their all and present an exciting game right up to the end. Love the team and the Chase Center but miss them in Oakland.
Fun times on a Thursday with the Warriors. So many excellent food selections and lots of fan energy. Overall a fun experience…except they lost!!!
The “box” we had to stand in had a poor view of the court, and you’re “required” to stand in your box. Nosebleeds are 10x better.
Horrible game with Warriors never taking the lead and losing by 36 points. Steph played very little and tickets, parking, food, and beverages were ridiculously expensive for such a performance.
The warrior game was amazing the atmosphere was great the food and drinks were amazing pricey but good and it was just a vibe such a great time! I Can't wait to go back. Go warriors!
Chase is awesome, you have clear views from every point in the stadium. Going to a Warriors game is always a fun experience and if you go early enough there’s a little price for the fans in almost every game
Just feel… No QR code displayed when entry the canter, after that I realised the Reader from the staff was not really sensitive
Awesome game and great tix - always fun to see GSW
All the staff were so helpful and nice at the Chase Center. I was having difficulty downloading my tickets and Nicole Deoxareza was so helpful getting them. Then she was so sweet and came by our seats to say hello! 💕
Game was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. They have a system at the stadium that works efficiently! No long lines to the entrance!
Everything beginning from the Chase Center Arena to staff and the whole game really great!
We had seats in 16th row of Section 208 - great seats if folks hadn’t blocked the view so often by standing in the entry way. It was tough to see the live action because folks would watch the game from the plexiglass barrier instead of going to their seats. There was no usher around to say anything, so we found ourselves looking at the action on the scoreboard instead of the court. Some yelled for them to move, but then another group came by & lingered, only to move when someone threw an empty bottle at them to get them to move. Fortunately this hasn’t happened at other games we’ve been to, but it was disappointing this time. Hopefully next time the ushers will help remind folks of common courtesy when watching games in person… The team itself and in-game entertainment were great, and Curry was masterful yet again.
Mind blowing entertainment, great game to watch and superb facilities.
Great game even though the Suns beat us by 4! Food was amazing!! Only negative is we are not allowed to go down to the lower levels during shoot around. This would make for a better fan experience.
