    Raunchy!

by Becky on 6/12/23DeVos Performance Hall - Grand Rapids

This Golden Girls show was extremely disappointing! We expected something that resembled the Golden Girls TV show. About the only thing this show had in common with the TV series was the names of the characters. The language and content were completely unexpected; completely raunchy. So much so that we left at intermission. A complete waste of time and money.

    Such a talented cast

    by G. B. on 6/8/23

The 4 main actors were amazing and the voices for each character was spot on. The set and clothes were great as well. Be warned this show is definitely not like an old episode. It is VERY explicit and very much based in 2023 #girlbosses. It’s still very funny but the language might be a lot for some people. Be prepared. I had a great time and would love to go again

    Great, but Niche

by FallsChurchReview on 3/20/23Warner Theatre - Washington

This was a great show... and as a gay man, I had a blast - but I do think this was more of a tribute to Golden Girls 'as gay icons', that may have left some "allied" spectators confused by Rose putting 'poppers' as one of her dating profile interests, or some of the cheekier and specific references. It was a blast - truly - but very catered to the community, so visitors to LGBTQ+ spaces should be prepared... and maybe do some googling ahead of time.

It was well done but too explicit

by Amee on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

I had no idea it would be completely full of se isl references

    Fabulously Funny!

by Calvin Klein on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

My husband, son and I truly enjoyed the Golden Girls: The Laughs Continue show at the Warner Theater in Washington, DC. Each of the actors were spot on with their characters voice, mannerisms, body language. Down to Blanches slow and deliberate southern draw. Their timing was inpecable and are all talented actors.

All the Classics in a new and hilarious package

by ATDean on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

Bought these tickets to celebrate a birthday. SO GLAD we did. The show has the feel and banter of the classic show with an all new energy and fierceness. The interaction between the cast and with the audience was incredible. There were improvs that caused us to laugh so hard and almost made the cast break character. If you have an opportunity to see this show, definitely do so! Well worth it!

Laughed Until I Couldn't Laugh Anymore!

by Amanda on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

What an amazing show...I felt like I was really watching the girls. The actors were spot on with mannerisms and wardrobe was also spot on. I was so sad it was over. My only regret was that I did not buy tickets sooner to have been able to meet the cast. I will definitely go back to see them if they're ever in town again. Note to promoters: They would have sold out a much larger arena with no problem!

    The stage play was outstanding.

by Mag on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

I was celebrating my brother John. The Golden Girls is one of his favorite all time shows. He was very surprised, and exciting about the stage play of characters who preformed.

I'm a HUGE GG fan and let me tell you, this show did not disappoint. The actors mirrored the real queens to a T. Even down to their voices and mannerisms. The writing was perfection and I appreciated how they adapted the storyline to apply to current pop culture. The only drawback was Stan. I mean c'mon. He was drastically different in the play compared to the show. Well, more so overly dramatized. Anyway, it didn't change how much my husband and I loved the show. Everyone involved in this production was wonderful and hopefully they know just how special they make the audience feel to be able to relive their favorite show, in person, just one last time.

    Golden Girls

by Ann on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

I did not enjoy the play. I expected it to be a spoof of the television show. Was surprised about the context. There was too much crass language. The story line about the drugs seemed unnecessary and totally out of character. On the positive side the imitation of the characters voices was well done. The actors were excellent. Would not recommend the show.

    Loads of laughs

by Yvonne on 3/1/23Warner Theatre - Washington

Great fun! The actors did a wonderful job of capturing the speech and mannerisms of the original TV cast. A rollicing good time. Can't remember when I laughed so much!

    A Golden Shame

by Dan on 2/28/23Warner Theatre - Washington

I did not like The Golden Girls at all. The ladies were foul mouthed and the sho was full of sexual situations. This is not the way I want to remember these 4 very distinguished characters. There is a better way and light to present them and tvis was not it.

    Funniest Show I Ever Saw

by Barry on 2/28/23Warner Theatre - Washington

This had to be the funniest show I ever saw and I have seen Robin Williams and Billy Crystal. We laughed from the beginning until the end. The actors played the girls extremely well. If it came back with a different story, we would go see it.
