It is hard to describe how much my husband and I enjoyed Golda's Balcony. For 90 minutes, Tovah's portrayal took our breath away. Thank you for bringing the show to us!
I haven't seen a show this powerful in a long time. It was amazing to ba captivated by one performer on stage for an hour and a half! A must watch performance!
Tovah was amazing in this one woman show about Golda Meir. Funny, serious, sad & still engaging to the audience.
For those who of us who thought we remembered the 1973 Yom Kippur War, we discovered that the nightly news, or daily newspaper, or weekly news magazine does not give you the insider view of a historical moment. For those who did NOT live this historical drama this is a fabulous insider's view of world politics, the state of Israel, the Middle East in general, and the unrivaled Golda Meir. What a class act by a first rate actress! Tovah Feldshuh IS Golda Meir on that stage. I was completely mesmerized by the performance.
The show was absolutely wonderful. I was so drawn into the story that I didn't move the entire time. Tovah Feldsuh was perfect in her protrayal of Golda Meir. I bought the DVD and can't wait to watch it.
THE ACTRESS WAS AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT IN KEEPING US SPELLBOUND IN HER RECOUNTING OF THE HISTORY OF ISRAEL AND MOVING THE STORY ALONG FROM PAST TO PRESENT SO INGENIOUSLY WE LEFT UNDERSTANDING GOLDA MUCH BETTER AND THE HISTORY OF ISRAEL THE BEST PLAY AND ACTING WE HAVE SEEN IN MANY YEARS
Golda's Balcony was fabulous. Golda's story, Tovah's acting and passion for Golda made it so memorable. To have Golda's story chronicled through such an amazing one-woman play is the finest tribute to her. Golda's story is worth being told. Golda is an inspiration to me, and to many others, both men and women
Golda's balcony is a gem. Tovah was so fantastic playing all parts that you were glued to the stage. It was most moving and gave you a sense of how Israel was born and developed.
