Gloria Trevi on Tour
In the late ‘80s, Gloria Trevi made her live singing debut on the biggest Mexican variety show at the time and proceeded to shock the world when she was censored on national television for her daringly outrageous performance of "Dr. Psiquiatra." And thus Trevi's shock-pop was born — and so was one of the most notorious artists of our era. Her performances brim with high drama, outlandish theatrics and plenty of sass, and the original Mexican wild child continues to dazzle audiences the world over via her irresistible moxie. On her 2019 North American tour, in support of her pop album Diosa de la Noche, audiences of all ages got an opportunity to see a truly legendary and multifaceted pop performer.
Gloria Trevi in Concert
Born Gloria de los Ángeles Treviño Ruiz in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1968, the singer-songwriter moved to Mexico City during her teenage years to conquer Spanish-language pop, which she righteously did. Along the way, Trevi also rewrote the Latin pop playbook in a time when female performers were expected to be glamorous or wholesome. Though her biting critique on machismo and religious hypocrisy delivered via her unmistakable rasp, Trevi stunned the nation with her reinvention of what a pop star looks like. While she became a celebrated and much-needed voice for Mexican feminists everywhere, she also endured what is perhaps the biggest scandal of the music industry during the late ‘90s. Rising from the ashes like a phoenix, this superstar came back fiercer than ever in the mid ‘00s. As remarkably complex as she is, Trevi can be whatever she pleases: A theatrical femme fatale, or a soul-baring and passionate singer. But one thing that is certain throughout is that she is a one-of-a-kind creator.

Great show, she's a great performer. Her fans make it more entertaining as well.
It was fantastic I loved the entire concert. It was good to hear the oldies and the new music
I've been attending rock/pop concerts for nearly 50 years, and Gloria Trevi goes down as one of the best I have ever seen. This woman truly understands live performing like few recording artists do. It's not about explosions, dazzling lights, or massive lines of dancers. It's about CHARISMA and, man, has she got it! Gloria Trevi's fans dearly love her; and it is well deserved because she clearly loves her fans just as much. It shows in every note she sings and every move she makes on that stage. Gloria takes command of the stage like few performers I have seen. Elvis and Springsteen comes to mind. I've seen them too, and Gloria Trevi grabs her audience and connects with them in deeply personal way every bit as much. This show stunned me, and I will enjoy the memory of it for many years to come.
Was expecting more intense show. It was kind of boring at the beginning and the middle but excellent at the finish. By that time I was too bored.
Over all great atmosphere and enverone in the audience was ingage.
I've to every Gloria's covert n it's always an unforgettable moment Amazing from star to end
It was an unforgettable time. I loved the theater it was small but it was great for the concert. I would totally come back here to see another show
I wasn't impressed with this show. Seen her in the past and she has done better. Also the sounds was bad when she talked you couldn't understand what she was saying.
Gloria Trevi was the perfect show for all women to enjoy and support. It was the best way to spend my mom's birthday; she truly enjoyed it and I was happy to witness it.
I have seen Gloria Trevi in concert three times and she never disappoints, in fact she exceeds my expectations. Gloria Trevi has grown as an artist since she first came on the spotlight back in the 90's and I have no doubt that her music will live on for many generations because she is unique. 100% recommended!!!
I have to say that this show for gloria trevi was excellent, she is an amazing entertainer, she connects with the public, and she can really get you out of the seat for more than half of the show....to scream to jump... she is absolutely great ...
This was a wonderful show. I love it she sing all the songs that I love.
The opening made me cry and I'm just a casual fan. When she sang "como yo te amo" even more tears. Amazing artist!!!
Had to be one of the best concerts that I have been to. From the beginning to the end I loved the music. Most of the songs that she sang made me remember my childhood. Overall loved the interaction with the audience. If she would have a second concert date I would have gone and seen her once again. Had a great time and would much appreciate if her team and staff could have her come back to the New York City area.
I have been a Gloria Trevi fan since the beginning so I was extremely excited to finally see her in concert. It was indeed worth the wait. Everything was great. Gloria was on mark for all her songs as were her musicians and back up singers. I would definitely go see her again she is a great performer.
She did a great show i was very happy and i got great seats. Loved it.
I went to this concert not knowing who she was, but decided to go with some friends for a good night! I'm glad I went! She was amazing! Mind you I'm not Latina! I came out as a fan of this wonderful artist. From beginning to end I was dancing and had a smile on my face. As for the venue. It was great. Not too big and not too small. Still made it very intimate and we were against the back wall. I was able to watch the jumbo tron and also had the option of looking at her with no problem! I'd watch her, and a show at this venue again.
Gloria puts on the most amazing performance! She's great!
She gave an excellent concert. Exceeded my expectations. I will defiantly go again to any future concerts.
