I laughed until I cried--this was such a fun, creative and interactive play. I loved it! The actors were so terrific, it didn't feel like they were even acting--it felt like they were a couple of my girlfriends! Very fun--I especially enjoyed the ad-libs. So creative and entertaining. We had a great audience, too, which made it even better.
I took my sister and my bff as a Christmas gift. I anticipated it to be funny. It far exceeded my expectations. I would go again. A must see for girls of all ages.
I went to see this play with my boyfriend and daughter. We all laughed throughout the play from beginning to end. The comedic timing was perfect. The woman were warm and fun as well as talented. We loved it. I would go again. I want to share it with my sisters and cousins. One of which had a Shaun Cassidy poster over her bed!
Girls Only (plus that ONE guy in the audience) was so much laughter!!! The actresses were absolutely hilarious and perfect for the roles. My friends and I laughed long afterwards about many of the pieces. The only drawback was the finale...we did not know they were done and we would have wished for them to come back on stage so we could give them a standing ovation. Or maybe even be out in the entry way for people to greet and THANK. I feel like we did not get to THANK them with applause or words. Great show -- brave women!!!
This 2 gal show was really funny and also true to life! It spoke to women of all ages and was a great "girlfriend" thing to do on a winter weekend. There was a variety of interests and topics covered which all women could identify with. After the show, I saw the "Miracle bra" advertised in a store window and that made it all the more hilarious!! It was a great show at a great venue!
Overall was funny and entertaining. Some parts were dragged on too long.
5 high school friends now in our 50's. What a great way to spend time with the girls. We had lots of laughs. It was a great performance. So glad we went! .
This was the 2nd time I saw this show. I saw it last year for the first time. I noticed a few small changes, but even still it was a GREAT show! and I highly recommend it to any girl or woman. My gut hurt from laughing so hard, i think I may have cried a few times from laughing so hard, and my face hurt from smiling so much. Go see it while you can!
I'm 36.....it seems like the much older ladies in the audience got a kick put of it. I left at intermission. Not funny at all.
Saw last year & again this week with 2 different groups of ladies. (60-65yr). Enjoyed immensely both times. Very clever writing & presentation. Both groups laughed a lot and related. Would definitely be enjoyed by women of all ages. NOT FOR MEN! Several were in audience last year; gone by intermission. Truly is for women.....and the secrets we share!
Girls Only was a very good and hilarious comedy to see! It held our attention and had alot of events that a woman could relate to growing up! The comedy was overall great, the scene sitting was perfect. The audiance was brought to laugher several times. Was a great outing to see with my daughter and sister.
If you see one comedy this year, make it this one. Poignant laugh after laugh after laugh that bonds us together in celebration of our strength, beauty and grace.
I thought this was a fun show. It's probably not quite as funny to younger woman as it is to older women but a great girls night anyway.
We went with a group of 6 girls for a bachelorette party. It started out a little slow...but by intermission we were laughing so hard our stomach's hurt! Very funny ladies!!!! Very memorable!
This was very funny. I love the pantyhose ballet and the additional uses for personal products. The memory box bit was a bit slow. Was not a good beginning to the second half. Overall the the show was great and I would recommend it to a friend.
Did not know what to expect but was delightfully surprised! A great thing to go see with a bunch of your girlfriends. I would not bring guys or younger girls. Expect to laugh and have a good time!
This show is so much hilarious clean fun! The audience laughed and cheered until our sides hurt, and we were crying from laughing so hard. I highly recommend that every woman who finds it somewhat fun to be a girl, should grab their girl friends and celebrate womanhood with this show. We put together another party to revisit this show because all our friends could use this wonderful experience. It was just as fun the second time.
I attended with my best friend. We laughed especially hard at a couple of the skits and were shocked by an improv skit--which was also hilariouis. Afterwards we talked about how it made us think back to being a teenager, writing in our diaries, sleepovers, etc. Great time for women of all ages!
The "Girls" show was a very fun way to spend an afternoon with my adult daughter! It felt so good to laugh out loud!
