After spending much of 2013 focusing on his R&B supergroup TGT -- which also features Tyrese and Tank -- Ginuwine shifted his attention to his solo work with the planned 2014 release of a new album titled Old School Young -- his first solo recording since 2011's Elgin. His successful stint with TGT included the release of an album titled Three Kings, which hit No. 3 on The Billboard 200 chart, and a tour that had fans snapping up tickets for concerts in major performing arts centers.
Ginuwine, born Elgin Baylor Lumpkin, is a native of Washington, D.C. who grew up listening to the music of Michael Jackson and Prince, which inspired him to begin performing. After he was discovered by the R&B group Jodici in 1996, he was signed by Epic Records and released his debut album, titled Ginuwine... The Bachelor. It spawned the hit single "Pony," which is a good example of his influential brand of hip-hop soul. Among the other hits in Ginuwine's catalog, which inspired young stars like Ne-Yo and Chris Brown, are "Differences," "In Those Jeans," and "So Anxious."
I had never been to a Ginuwine concert before. His stage presence is beyond comparison. I liked the venue size and location. It was very clean and the stage was still visible from the seats around the elevated bar area.
I HONESTLY BELIEVE THE SHOW SUCKED HE DIDN'T SOUND GOOD AND HE ONLY SANG ABOUT 5-6 SONG THE MOST I PAID DECENT MONEY FOR THAT SHOW I WOULD OF BEEN NICE TO SEE DECENT PERFORMANCE IT TIME FOR HIM TO HANG IT UP CAUSE YOU DONT TREAT LOYAL FANS THAT WAY
The show was awesome. I was right in front of the stage. Ginuwine did his thing a show you will never forget. I'd give it an infinity of stars but 5 was the greatest. I loved the show can't wait to see him again.

I went to the concert with my husband and 2 daughters and we had a blast. He is such a great performer. I loved that he took pictures after the show. My daughters were so excited. He is so friendly with his fans and he is worth every penny. I have been supporting him for 14 years and will continue as long as he stays true to his music.
He sounds just as good in person as he does on his albums! We had a blast and anywhere you sat or stood you had a great view.
I love this artist, his performance was amazing and beyond my expectations!!! I am truly his number # 1 fan and happy that I final got an opportunity to go to one of his performances.
I enjoyed every bit of the show. He did his thing. I would of loved if he song a little longer .

Same Ol' G. He was fabulously hott! I still love him! He brought his sexy, high energy game to BB's. Loved G's back up singers and the way they worked the stage with him. And the band was tight. I think the show could have been longer. If it was a timing issue, then we could have done without the opening act. Although G did not cover some of my personal jams, like "Why Not Me,?" "There It Is," "Number 1 Fan," songs that would have gone over really well in that small venue, everything he did sing "made me holla!" So mad I missed him in Central Park! Come back real soon, Elgin! Alone!
Ginuwine was absolutely amazing! He really had an excellent performance and he moves/sings the same way he did back in his "Pony" days. The audience was loving him and I enjoyed myself. I'm really feeling the (more) grown-n-sexy Ginuwine. I'll definitely see him again when he's back in NYC!

the show overall was good. The place was too hot. The AC was not high enough. There were a lot of people and There was not enough Cool Air circulating around the club.
Took my girlfriend to Ginuwine's performance and she loved it!!
From start to finish the show was amazing!! I was so excited to see him performing at BB Kings again. He is a great entertainer and he interacts very well with the audience. He was so sexy and I'm glad that he is still making great music. I didn't think that he could look any better than he does on television and i was wrong...thank God!!!!!
He did his thang!! plain n simple!! I been ridin with him since 96 n im so glad he came back! his performance was outstanding and his voice jus brightened up my day!! i cant wait to see him perform again! i jus wish he wulda performed more songs!
I had such a great time. He put on an amazing show. He sounded great and worked the crowd. I even got to meet him and take a picture with him after the show, He was really nice. This is one the best shows I've seen at B.B. King. I would definitely recommend going to see him live.
Ginuwine's concerts are the best I have been to yet. In my opinion he is the greatest there is. It makes no sense why he looks soooooooo good.
I saw Ginuwine in Killeen, Texas and he put on an awesome show. It was a very intimate venue and seeing Ginuwine up close was pretty cool. At that time he didn't have his new album out, so it was cool he performed all the songs we all know and love. It was also pretty cool he invited everybody to his hotel for photos. He made sure to preface it was his way of thanking his fans and nothing nasty :D I was with my boyfriend and he wasn't up for the swarm of ladies that would soon descend upon the spot so we left. All in all it was fun for the ladies and my bf seemed to have fun watching me so I'd say go.
